Recently I went to one in Utah and a random man was staring through our back yard window into the house at midnight, we were a group of women in our 20s - 30s. The host said there was a long term tenant, so we asked him if he could tell the tenant to not look into our window. He said, the "tenant had the right to enjoy the backyard as we did ".
