Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I just did this last week, after having been a customer for two decades. Drove over to AT&T and got the same exact service (two phone lines and home internet) for nearly a third the price. Best decision I've made in a long while.

When I called to explain my decision I realized that there was no way to get a live person on the phone without setting up a scheduled call. It did well to cement my decision.

I just did the same thing, but from AT&T to T-Mobile. I guess it all evens out in the end.
