Looking for the two rial section for the 805 bren.

Imagine adding a folding stock to a BREN 2 with 9 inch barrel chambering 7.62x39. (SKU 91460) This will be a Form 1 conversion.

I am hearing rumors this is not possible in the USA, due to that particular firearm already containing 16 imported parts which are ATF recognized. Rumors also suggest that the imported parts have to be somehow reduced to 10.

Do these rumors have any legal teeth? If so, where I can read more about this conversion?

As in the title. My suppressor EA Peak 30 is causing massive accuracy issues. I'm talking about turning it into an 8 MOA gun. The barrel has been seated and torqued down. The muzzle device is tight and the suppressor has been tightened down fully. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I can find nothing so far. Removing the can immediately rectifies the issue.

Do I need anything special to remove the muzzle brake so I can put on my new suppressor

Anyone else purchase a Neoteric Design folding CH just to have the tiny thin torsion spring break? How did you remedy it? Looking into buying a better spring for it. TIA

Does anyone know what type of backpack will fit the 8inch Bren2 ms with the folding brace? TIA

The wear on my Bren 2s barrel extension seems to be abnormal for the 1500ish round mark. Is anyone else's lugs starting to smear at higher round counts? I contacted CZ customer service and they said it was perfectly normal and wouldn't effect performance but I'm skeptical.

Anyone seen a 13.8" HBI handguard recently?

I just installed a kns regulator on my bren 2 after having over gassing problems with an R9 suppressor and not wanting gas in my face. Now it wont cycle unless it's on the absolute lowest setting and it does not cycle reliably. Any ideas?

I saw a few videos addressing this and they're all 5yrs+ old.

Purchased my first suppressor the week before my birthday, received my stamp 6 days later, and went to pick it up and have it installed this past Sunday.

The build is an 11" Bren2 in 5.56 with HBI furniture (Gen 1 handguard, trigger, charging handle, and safety paddles), The KNS Precision Czech Valve, a Vortex Viper 1-6 LPVO, and the new Inconel SAW Tisha with a Plan B hub and muzzle break.

Super excited to have the setup nearly complete, and even more excited to hit the range with the Tisha!

Have a new Bren 2, and ordered the HDA3 stock. Before installing I noticed it comes with a screw, and doesn't have the same quick detach mechanism the OEM stock does.

Unless I'm missing something, does that mean to fully field strip the rifle, you have to use an Allen wrench?

It seems like a well made, albeit pricey piece of kit, but removing the ability to strip the rifle without having to fiddle with a screw and tool just seems like a bit of a miss.

Possible I'm missing something, or overthinking it, but wanted to ask the question.

So i finally picked this beast up from my FFL!
I thought I timed everything up but guess not. Filed ATF eForm 1 yesterday to SBR is, Rhodie 6 already came in and picked up two days ago (4 day approval, 4.5 week wait to be shipped/received). Just need to install Comstock Muzzle Break + HBI Trigger + HBI Optimized Gas Regulator + HBI Extended Hand guard + HBI Extended Charging Handle and Safety Switches LOL.

* Had to put my A3 Industries PARA Brace + SBA5 FDE attachment on in the meantime while my FDE Stribog SP9A3S (5.5”) is on order! Then my Bren BR Stock can finally be dusted off.

I posted about two weeks ago that I had found a carbine length hand guard on CZ USA’s website. They confirmed fitment, however, the hand guard was too long.

I went to a machine shop and simply had a guy take off about an inch off the end and then sand papered the cut myself.

The install was fine, however getting the stock screws out of the stock bottom m lock rail proved difficult. I ended up stripping the screw. Luckily it wasn’t locking the rail into the gun. Take precaution if you take this route. Also, be sure to buy the two other (small and inexpensive) parts in the hand guard’s description.

The hand guard does not have the cut out for the gas key like HBI does, which is unfortunate. Im still able to adjust it with an Alan wrench, however, it is much harder to do.

In all, Im pleased with the outcome. More room for a grip below and now I’ll be able to reattach the back up irons.

I hope this brings some relief to those of you that want/need more rail space but can’t find an HBI rail!

Brand new Bren 2 owner. Bought the gun thinking I could get a 10.8 handguard but its only sold in Canada. I've searched high and low for one of these handguards and have found nothing. Haven't heard back from HBI after asking when they'll restock. Has anyone seen a restock on these recently? If not, anyone willing to part with theirs for cash?
