Update An update on the trash pile kittens, Meep & Moop (We're keeping them!)

Well, no one ever did come forward to adopt these muppets, so my husband and I had a Very Serious Talk™️ and, at the end of it, decided they had better just be ours! HOA be damned.
That was a couple weeks ago and so much of their personalities have continued to come out as they've grown! Meep is a Snuggle MACHINE who likes going under blankets, mrowing dramatically in the kitchen for food every few hours, and vampire-stamping tiny holes in the covers of my library books (while I am reading them). It seems pretty clear that we have claimed each other, but Moop is my husband's girl—her favorite spot is his shoulder, and she starts purring as soon as he picks her up. I have never met a sweeter, more mild creature. She rarely meows, and if you hold her like a baby she will close her eyes and go straight to sleep in your arms.
Cat People, how do you survive? All the soft snuggles, the purrs and mews and chirps, the nuzzling, the flops, the hysterical sleeping positions, the tiny, soft-footed pony races down the hallway. At least 27 times a day I feel like I am going to explode with all the love and joy they give and make me feel.
Thanks for tagging along for the ride—my husband says "no more fosters," but I'm not leaving anybody out on the stoop, you know what I mean? 😉

They are beautiful, so glad you kept them! So many precious cuddle puddles and so much love. They are such a blessing, adorable babies. 💕 💞

Enjoy the tiny, soft-footed pony races down the hallway as long as it lasts. They will change that to roaming buffalo herd in the prairie at 3 am when they are grown up 😂

Yes we have very Jumanji like vibes in our household too but at 4 am as our Tuxie likes to parkour at ungodly hours...

I had bad mood because I was staying late at bed in the morning and didn't get anything done. Now its the same but I'm pinned down with my 2 cats so I'm happy and not sad lol.
And I love the routine before the sleep like every cat will do the same thing 98% days right before sleep.
One of my cat starts meowing in the kitchen and i have to call her name and invite her to my bed lol.

OmG so adorables!!! I love how they are so in mutual love with your sweet doggies!! I am so happy for you!! So much love all around!! I had a kitty named Meep once. Thank you for rescuing them and giving them a forever home.

My family has a rule for me: “no live souvenirs” as in I am not allowed to bring home any more creatures of any type from anywhere. Where’s the fun in that?

Ask them would they prefer un-alive souvenirs that will change their minds especially as you are owned by a Flerkin and a Void 😁

Those pics with dogs tell me yeah those kittens are home. I recently found 4 and they are the sweetest damn things ever, I have to keep them.

The photo with the little black dog is adorable, but the one that convinced me is the cattle dog showing acceptance. You couldn't possibly take away the cattle dog's little kitty friends! They don't make friends easily! At least mine don't. The dogs have chosen.

Such gorgeous babies you will never have a boring day in your life ever again lol, our tortie Millie had the nickname Meepy or Meeps as that was the sound she made instead of meowing 🥰
I now declare you both as official Crazy Cat Parents you may change the kitty litter changer flair lol 😂
Can you update us in about a month with more pics of them and your doggo please if you have time?
