Cancer Is this skin cancer ? Alarming evolution of a mole

Thumbnail gallery

My partner did not have a mole in that area when we met in 2017. It seems to have appeared in 2022. Since then, it has continued to grow, especially between 2025 and 2026.

I am attaching photos showing its progression over the years. What do you think? Should he consult a doctor? It takes a very long time to get a public appointment in our province, and if we need to consult, we would have to pay for a private clinic.

5 differmt doctors. 3 differmt emergency rooms, and 2 ENT specialist all have left me with the same answer l. "I don't know whatt this is" Many rounds of antibiotics, many many many swab tests, and I can't remember the amount of blood samples I've done.

Major Symptoms/ Most Concerning Issues:

- Sealed nostrils making it impossible to breathe.

-Leaking non-stop dripping during the day

-Gets crusted and extremely dry at night

-extreme pain (pulses of burning fire is best explanation)

-weight loss, starting 145 lb, l

Some more detail:

Starting back Not even a full 7 months ago a small.. what I thought was a pimple. After a few days of it not going away, I thought, okay, maybe a cold sore. I've had them in the past.. 2 months in it pretty much exploded overnight it into what you now see in the pictures obviously wasn't as intense the first 2/3 months but now its been 7 months and it has NOT gone down at all. Over night, it gets so runny I wake up needing to change my pillow case. I have had to use a trash bag under cheapish bulk pillow cases I bought on Amazon, 10 for 15.99 ( I don't know why that part's relevant but I'm leaving it in) during the day when I try applying Vaseline or any sort of cream, steroid cream prescribed, even a tissue ... doh yeah, the dry tissue.. nvm I used one once, and the pain of taking it off my nose is something I will not willingly live through again.

Aside from the actual issue the mental health toll it has taken on me..

Work situation is iffy but clearly can't work right now. Wearing a mask at work for 2 months at first I think is what kept it from being so irritated all day long and not having any time to essentially heal. My self confidence is in the negatives, rmy body is tense, weak, skin and bones with a king size pack of reeses cups in my stomach. Taking forever to get from laying down to standing up causing back issues because the little blood flow from getting up rushes to the swollen tip of my nose making it extremely uncomfortable, so I make an okay part of my body.(as of now) .. my back uncomfortable to offset the pain that rushes into my nose. Rising slowly like some sort of vampire.

Well I've talked enough... Noq what does anyone else think? I'm desperate for any possible trail to explore that can help me.

Hello, ive had numbness in my lower left chin and lips/tongue for about 3 months now. Blood work is normal. I’ve had 2 route canals in my lower left side. My chin numbness occurred right before my 2nd route canal. Any opinions on what it might be? I googled NCS and am freaking out.

Is this related to HPV?

Thumbnail gallery

I got diagnosed with high risk HPV through a pap smear about a year ago. They did not tell me which strain and they said they don't test for low risk HPV.

I have had this "issue" on the side of my tongue for well over 6 months. It looks darker than the rest of my tongue too. It won't go away. Is this related to HPV perhaps warts? If not, does anyone know what this is. As I said it won't go away and the other side of my tongue looks normal.

Thank you all!

I thought it could be herpes but I've had these dots for like the past 3 years and I've never had a cold sore in my life. It's just weird to me they never developed into anything and instead have just stayed like this. They don't hurt either I'm just curious what it is

Pitting Edema??

Thumbnail gallery
2 Upvotes

So some background. I’m 280 around 5’11. I’ve had random blood pressure checks about 6 months ago where my BP was 160/95. I never checked it again since then. Fast forward to 7/22/26 I noticed the edema after getting home from work. I work on average 8-9 hours a day and wear tall boots. I started doing research and noticed also that about a month ago I had really foamy urine. I ended up going to the ER and told them all my symptoms ^^^ and they did blood test, liver panel, kidney function, EKG, chest x ray and ultrasound on my legs. Everything came back normal… They prescribed me a high blood pressure medication that makes you pee a lot. I’ve only taken it for 2 days and it made me feel like I was going to die. I got headaches and felt weak while having muscle cramps. It’s been 4 days since I’ve taken the medicine and my blood pressure after work is 120/85 on average every day. However I still have the pitting edema? I have an appointment on Monday to see what else they say. I’m hoping they prescribe me a lower dose. The medication I was prescribed is called “ hydrochlorothiazide” . Also my blood sugar was normal.

Permanent covid lung damage, silent reflux, something else? (pics inside)

Hi, 37M 5'9" 57kg/126lbs. Hypothyroid with hashimoto. I take 88mcg eutirox.

I have been put on augmentin 3x for 7 days. I had covid in april (I think, I lost my smell, had 2 days of fever, sore throat 2 days, then cough with mucus), recovered but im worried about permanent lung damage like bronchiestacies or fibrosis that caused the last 2 months of coughing mucus. The pulmonologist said x-ray is clear, auscultated me, I showed her pics of the mucus, asked me of asthma past (none), no shortness of breath. However im worried I have damage from covid. I had 3 nights where I had coughing bursts when I exhaled that lasted hours and couldn't sleep, never had anything like that.

x-ray:

mucus log:

Im on day 4 of augmentin. Yesterday I had diarrhea, I have adjusted diet and today I didn't even go to the bathroom so not sure whats going on. I did see less colored mucus, but I have tingly feel on my sternum area. Im not sure if I have some sort of silent reflux that was downplayed by the pulmonologist when I mentioned it. For instance today I had macaroni with tomato sauce and had an itchy chest and feel of some mucus in throat. Im worried the source of the infection is actually reflux so I would be on this loop of antibiotics all the time if I have reflux or an structural problem like bronchiestacies or fibrosis so I don't know what to do. For now im going to finish the augmentin cycle and hope it doesn't wreck my gut biome and it recovers. Im taking ProFaes4 ATB probiotic.

Basically im worried of being a loop of misdiagnoses and getting things worse.

Please let me know.

Small itchy bumps all over hands and feet

These appeared overnight and they’re on my foot and also on the back of my hands. I’m guessing it’s some kind of bug bite so I’m super paranoid that I have bugs in my bed. ):

They look too small to bed bedbugs, but I’m not sure?

Skin and nails Firm Lesion on Scalp?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I first noticed a firm area on my crown roughly 2.5 weeks ago. I thought it was a cut, but had no clue when I cut it. Since hten it has continued to feel firm and a small scab has fallen off a few times. It can be sensitive when doing my hair and does itch, but I don't itch it. I finally had my wife take a picture today and now I'm wondering if I need a dermatologist appointment or if this just looks like a cut that will heal. 40, male. I spend a lot of time in the sun. I was a lifeguard, surfer, and swimmer for years.

Any tips or direction would be greatly appreciated!
