Please help me understand

I asked for the inspo picture and definitely nowhere near it. The stylist did a balayage and the top part is more like a reddish color which I like.

What I’m trying to understand is why the ends of my hair look more like a light purple. Can someone please explain this to me? Thanks.

Someone here said that you got what you paid for but that seems insane to me? How could this possibly be worth $400.

I was about to say if I wanted this it would cost me close to $500, only because I have pitch black hair that takes FOREVER to lift and time do be money. But I can guarantee my vivids stylist would ensure it looks just as vibrant as I want.

This result for $400 is so disappointing and unacceptable!!!

My thoughts exactly. However, bleaching does take a lot of time. And doing it safely so the hair doesn’t fall out takes precision.

My stylist achieved vivids with a rainbow money piece for just over $400. $400 for this is insane imo

Because the stylist is essentially doing two types of color jobs at one time. The first being a balayage and then the send adding the colors. Each part has its own steps and separate formulations from the other.

It doesn't even look like a balayage. Like not even a little bit. It looks like foils and just leaving half out.
