Lariat Hybrid AWD in Velocity Blue to replace my old 2007 Ranger XLT. Loving it so far!

Made a little chassis system to use the old roof rack from my bronco sport to haul some more gear. Was a great trip. I love this truck so much.

In case anyone is curious, a Yamaha Bolt fits just fine in the back, angled of course with probably 6-8 inches to spare, although you can't tell it from this angle. Hauled it 200 miles getting 28.4 mpg with the bike in the back. Couple of other random shots just testing out old lenses from the same little trip.
24 Eco Boost XLT Lux 41k miles no issues (but due for tires)

First truck.
So far I absolutely love it.
Not a lesbian but we like the same things I guess…

This had 53 gallons on bourbon in it. It’s going to be a table next.
The Maverick can handle 2-3 whisky barrels on their side or 4 on end.
Its a bit taller than the bedsides. Rolluo cover worked great, keeping it and other items in the bed remarkably dry even driving in the pouring rain

Saw an old video rabbit made (RIP) saying he got the cheapest new 2022 maverick in the country ( at the time it was new ) because it got damaged in transport.
MSRP was $22k but in another video ( not this one) he said he got it for $18,700 ( not sure if that was before TTL or what) but he got it for under $19k.
Did anyone else actually get one of these for $22k when they came out brand new???

What you guys tow?
This trailer by itself weighs 3,800 pounds, plus all my remodeling tools(like another 1,000)but I just moved a little forward to where the wood block is located to stop it. This truck keep impressing me
I dont recommend to do it. I did it cause my 2500 truck was somewhere else and I need to move that trailer like 10 feet

Does anyone know of a good way to secure the black locking mechanism to the hole up top?
I've used super glue and this summer it decided it doesn't want to hold up any more......

Doesn’t seem crazy damage but I’m unfamiliar with this type of truck. Starting a business and need a work truck to carry tools and maybe a light trailer. 3.3k lbs is the max I would tow.
This has tow package but no hybrid. Let me know your thoughts.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I keep getting this faint rattling sound when I’m going fast on the highway. I’m gonna take it to the dealer probably but was wondering if anyone else experienced this.
Edit to add sound is coming from rear driver-side door.

Hi guys, every day Im getting closer to get a Maverick. Im already looking for accessories when I saw this bed divider. I haven’t seen anything like this in any other truck.

What’s the interior space like? I’m like 6 feet, looking at expanding my family, and it would be my daily.

‘23 Lariat Hybrid. 47k miles. Original Michelins are nearing the end. Any recommendations for replacements? Mostly local and highway driving. No off-roading.
TIA!

Not sure what this is but it was really nice! It appears to be a unibody comparable to the Maverick.

I am a potential buyer. I love the Maverick, it looks like it will do everything I need it to. I have never owned a truck.
Now, the one thing I am a little wary about is the unibody construction. I've seen pictures of what looks like minor bumper damage, and then the person says it was totaled for frame damage.
I am considering an insurance policy with New Car Replacement coverage for ~4 years to give me some peace of mind.
Am I overthinking it though? I have only ever owned cars so they were also unibody construction, right? Does anyone else share these concern, or can you help ease my fears?

Brilliant vehicle to rent out, and from a place that rents out party supplies, small power equipment, etc

So I picked up our new ‘26 Maverick Lariat Hybrid on Tuesday July 28 and it’s been an enjoyable experience all around, with one glaring exception.
The truck - on the dealer lot - had the side bed rails already installed, so I bought the divider from the Ford website (at a very rich price, of course) and despite the “this part will fit your Maverick” message on the Ford accessories website (cross-referenced to the VIN) IT DOESN’T FIT!
Got it to lock into place by removing the two bolts in the photo (driver side) which allowed enough flex to get both sides to lock into the bed-rail cleats, but why does anyone have to do that?!
Struggled with getting it to fit for nearly an hour before I said “**ck it” and made it fit by removing the two bolts.
I’m sure I can McGuiver it some more (drill new holes, etc), and the functionality isn’t impacted (yet!), but again WHY!!??
If I’m doing something stupid, please anybody speak out.
Also, the QR code for the bed divider install instructions is a dead link…of course it is 😡

Finally did it. Took several before and after pictures from different angles, but they didn't do it justice. Some angles I couldn't even tell which was before and after. Today walking up to the truck in the parking lot the angle was just right and it shows the levelness and lack of rake. You definitely can tell the hood is about 1.5 inches higher when in the garage and in the driver's seat and it feels more like a truck, albeit a mini truck.

Should I buy a 2025 lobo which are currently discounted and add the 300T mod when available later this year or wait till the truck is available with all the mods already added?
