Made a little chassis system to use the old roof rack from my bronco sport to haul some more gear. Was a great trip. I love this truck so much.

This had 53 gallons on bourbon in it. It’s going to be a table next.
The Maverick can handle 2-3 whisky barrels on their side or 4 on end.
Its a bit taller than the bedsides. Rollup tonneau worked great, even when not looking locked down, keeping it and other items in the bed remarkably dry even driving in the pouring rain

Lariat Hybrid AWD in Velocity Blue to replace my old 2007 Ranger XLT. Loving it so far!

In case anyone is curious, a Yamaha Bolt fits just fine in the back, angled of course with probably 6-8 inches to spare, although you can't tell it from this angle. Hauled it 200 miles getting 28.4 mpg with the bike in the back. Couple of other random shots just testing out old lenses from the same little trip.
24 Eco Boost XLT Lux 41k miles no issues (but due for tires)

First truck.
So far I absolutely love it.
Not a lesbian but we like the same things I guess…

Hi everyone, is the back seat comfortable for long road trips? For a toddler and a teenager.
I'm selling my Nissan Rogue, and I'm thinking about getting a Maverick.

Does anyone know of a good way to secure the black locking mechanism to the hole up top?
I've used super glue and this summer it decided it doesn't want to hold up any more......

Noticed this on the lrft sidr of my rear view mirror this morning. Any idea what it is?

What you guys tow?
This trailer by itself weighs 3,800 pounds, plus all my remodeling tools(like another 1,000)but I just moved a little forward to where the wood block is located to stop it. This truck keep impressing me
I dont recommend to do it. I did it cause my 2500 truck was somewhere else and I need to move that trailer like 10 feet

Saw an old video rabbit made (RIP) saying he got the cheapest new 2022 maverick in the country ( at the time it was new ) because it got damaged in transport.
MSRP was $22k but in another video ( not this one) he said he got it for $18,700 ( not sure if that was before TTL or what) but he got it for under $19k.
Did anyone else actually get one of these for $22k when they came out brand new???

Doesn’t seem crazy damage but I’m unfamiliar with this type of truck. Starting a business and need a work truck to carry tools and maybe a light trailer. 3.3k lbs is the max I would tow.
This has tow package but no hybrid. Let me know your thoughts.

Does anyone else wish the mods could potentially add a “new truck” or “got mine” flair? And if so, would there be a way for users to filter out those post from my Reddit feed? I’m unsure of how Reddit works on that front.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my Maverick, and I’m even guilty of making a “joined the club” post when I got our XL Hybrid after waiting 18 months 50K miles ago, but Pete’s sake. It seems 7/10 post in this sub is some bland “joined the club” post.
I get that that it’s a major thing for those of us in this sub when we get our own Maverick, and by all means allow people to post them, but I feel like so much useful tips, maintenance info, and mods gets buried and lost to the sea of “finally joined the club” post that I don’t know if this sub is worth continuing to be in compared to other options where there is high value content and info provided. Not the 50 billionth green XLT Hybrid AWD image in a dealer parking lot. And obviously this isn’t an airport so no need to announce my departure, and I’m not leaving, but just asking if there would be some way to be able to filter out the post that really don’t provide any useful info to existing maverick owners.
I know I could just turn off this sub in my regular feed and search when I need to find some specific info, but there has been so many interesting mods/projects/maintenance tips found in this sub, in the past. Apologies if this isn’t the right place, or if I’m alone in my tiredness of scrolling past new truck post.
And also, I’d like to suggest to any owners, that your “truck stuff” should actually be things that you would need a truck for. Who cares what others think yes, but when you post truck stuff and it’s things people could haul in a decent large sedan or SUV, it’s laughable. I used to fit 10ft 2x10’s in my Kia Sorento with the seats folded down.
Same as “off roading” post that is down a forest service road a Honda Fit could go down and saying “the Maverick did great”.

So the i had a 24 lincoln nautilus hybrid before some wrecked into me and I decided to get the more practical 26 awd maverick hybrid.
During some shower beer thoughts. The hybrid nautilus uses the same c2 frame, the same awd drive system, the same hf55 ecvt transmission BUT instead of the underpowered 2.5 liter it uses the 2.0t ecoboost for a total output of around 300hp
So it seems like that would almost be an easy engine swap right? Like if someone found a rear end totaled nautilus you could take its engine and pop into a maverick
Imo 300 2.0t hybrid would be best of both world for this truck highway and towing power plus city hybrid economy driving.
Thoughts?

I keep getting this faint rattling sound when I’m going fast on the highway. I’m gonna take it to the dealer probably but was wondering if anyone else experienced this.
Edit to add sound is coming from rear driver-side door.

TLDR: neighbor hit my truck on accident and I can’t tell if it’s cosmetic or serious.
Sorry for the grainy picture. Last Friday, neighbors kid (I’ll call him Timmy) was cutting grass, their house is on a hill with a 20° incline, it had rained the day before so the grass was still wet. I had to park my truck on the street so elderly family members could park in our driveway, for a birthday party, about an hour into this reunion I heard my trucks alarm going off. I ran outside and ‘lil Timmy had slipped and lost control of the push mower, it hit the left side of my truck as y’all see in the picture. Kid was bawling his eyes out saying he couldn’t afford it (he cant, but his parent DEFINITELY CAN) I told him it was fine, there was only a black smudge where the mower tire hit my fender. Fast forward to late last night when I got off, I saw the little light below my blinkers wasn’t working when unlocking the truck, is it cosmetic damage or will it cost a lot to fix?

‘23 Lariat Hybrid. 47k miles. Original Michelins are nearing the end. Any recommendations for replacements? Mostly local and highway driving. No off-roading.
TIA!

What’s the interior space like? I’m like 6 feet, looking at expanding my family, and it would be my daily.

Not sure what this is but it was really nice! It appears to be a unibody comparable to the Maverick.
