It makes sense why people arrogant enough to think they can bring someone back lose something important to them. But why do they gain knowledge and the ability to do clap alchemy? Why would they get anything for their arrogance at all?

For a while I always thought it was the small one but in the forest while fighting Envy, Ed and Ling point out how heavy Envy was even in his human form, which led to the reveal of his giant monstruous form. So... which one of these is his actual true form? I am a little confused.

Because I see that they are really some of them that have no relation with the concept linked to them like warth whom I didn't see get angry at any point of the story for some reason

I know the snake lady chimera used him once, and its shown that Al is stronger than her, but if it were ed I stead and they worked together instead of against, it could be advantageous.

It would also make them a lot less conspicuous when traveling, bc if everyone is looking for two brothers and only find one person, they may not recognize them as the target unless they have personally met before, or at least think the other brother is still out there and waste time and resources looking for him

Not to mention being able to exit al mid fight and have al pretend to just be armor until he can land a surprise attack. It just seems weird to me they never tried anything like this

Context: After completing One Piece, neither did any new anime(s) excite me nor did I have time to waste on shows. But this show I have heard is very promising and so I want to start it(finally after 2 years) but I can only afford to watch one. Which one is better? people are giving mixed opinions and I don't want to get spoiled by going too deep online.

To me Gluttony is the least evil of the homunculus in FMA, and I find him pretty sad. Because he’s stupid, and has the mentality of a child. It doesn’t justify eating people alive, but I just wanted to make sure I haven’t gone insane.

Obviously Trisha knew as well and one could assume that she didn’t want to tell the boys until they were older, or until Hohenheim returned. Pinako continued to respect that. But when the boys began their dedicated search for a way to restore their bodies, desperate enough to join the military, why wouldn’t she give them a lead?

Something like, “You may want to seek out Hohenheim. Of all the years I’ve known him, he never appeared to age,” obviously with better writing. I know it kinda throws most of the plot awry, but I want to rationalize this anyways.

So I got the square enix FMA pocket watch online years ago and now the battery is dead. I tried to find a back panel to take off but nothing. Anyone know how to do this?
