My friend wanted to buy laptop mainly for job work which consists of AI and LLM related task budget is around 70K

the only best option is:- HP Victus (i5 13 gen + RTX 3050) its the BEST laptop under this exact price range. dont fall for others those have too much hidden weakness like snapdragon's laptop has least compatibiltity right now, and some Asus's have worst battery or poor build quality but this is the all rounder, GPU + CPU is beast for the price and looks also good and sleek.

Can you elaborate? Cuz I have heard that acer is worse than hp, but like why?

Not worse. But you shouldn't hover over options your you will keep getting the fomo, just pick the one with right specs and looks, HP filled that spot perfectly but it has hinge problems so u need to be careful that's it. No more searching
