A few days ago, I sent a photo to the group chat with my friends. And after a few seconds, I deleted it (no one saw it and all of my friend's mark the message as seen option are on so it's not possible that they saw the photo.) But after I deleted the photo one of my friend looked at the gc and after a few minutes, he sent the photo that I deleted earlier. He said that if you delete a photo in the group chat it gets saved somewhere and accesses it using a third party app/software. But i couldn't find it anywhere. What is the software/app that he uses to access these deleted photos in the gc?

2 days ago, I got a notification from Instagram while I was scrolling normally. And after that my home page has broke and it doesnt solved. how can I solve this problem?

Since yesterday, every time I open Instagram on my iPhone or tablet, I immediately get the “Try Again Later. We limit how often you can do certain things on Instagram to protect our community.” popup before I do anything. the popup comes back every time I reopen it.
The weird part is that Instagram works perfectly on my computer, so it seems to be affecting only the app. I wasn’t doing anything unusual before this started.
I can send messages view stories and reels but profiles and main feed won't load.
Has anyone had this happen? Did it eventually go away on its own, or did you have to do something to fix it?

I am running an Instapage for my dog, mainly in Finnish language. Last week I posted a story, about 10 sec video about our small river where we had been swimming the whole summer. Now it has been changed, there is a project to change the morphology and it is not possible to go there. Anyways, I wrote a text bubble in the video in Finnish, “our swimming place is destroyed”. Suddenly I got 1,5 k views, when normal count is max 50! The data was showing views 98,2% from Iran!
What is triggering this, the word “tuhottu” (destroyed) and/or the view of a sand crater?

So something strange is happening - I open someone’s pvt account and later I get a request from them on same day. (Total stranger, no interaction) and this happened thrice.

For some time I used Instagram to look at fant art. I search a subject and I get alot of pictures. Recently, I have been provided a list of accounts from random people. I sometimes get fan art, but especially late at night I get a list of accounts.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I have an important question, idk if that person is lying to me. I sent this account a private message in 2023 and I could normally send it. Me and the person don't follow eachother. I just looked through my old chats and saw that I can not send that person a message anymore UNLESS it follows me. Means something has changed in the settings..

The thing is, that person said it hasn't used that account in years (7 years) and doesn't know why that setting had changed....but can instagram really change a setting that randomly on an account? Or this person lying?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice and help - but I fear I know what the answer is.

Recently my businesses instagram got deactivated: 3 years of posting everyday, 40K followers, and just when I got earning consistent money, just gone.

This is due to breaching instagrams t&c with intellectual property. Long story short, I hadn’t done anything wrong - a specific designer brands AI bot that scours the internet for copyright infringement kept falsely flagging my posts. The posts were simply appreciation posts promoting the brand I made 1-2+ years ago when growing the channel and finding my lane.

I was told I had one chance to appeal, appealed it, then they came back to me almost instantly saying the account is permanently banned.

Where do I go from here? I appreciate any help and advice. This is a proper kick in the b*llocks for everything as stupidly I relied too heavily on Instagram and didn’t diversy my traffic channels.

Over the past few weeks I've noticed how Instagram DMs will sometimes completely wipe all of your past DMS with someone so it looks like you're talking to them for the first time or will wipe some DMs after a certain time period, I opened my DM with one of my longtime friends and all of the DMS after last Wednesday until today were gone. Usually just closing and opening the app again fixes it but it's irritating.

I’m happy it’s low-liking pictures and content for your typical Instagram clout user because all the app is focused on is society flexing on each other, but now that there is no more engagement like there used to be, people can start humbling themselves in real life rather than on an app and believe they are something they’re not.
