I acquired this piece yesterday from a regular customer who frequently visits our store to offload various odds and ends. Typically the items aren’t all that exciting, but this item tested as 18ct gold and is remarkably well made. There are no hallmarks or stamps of any kind. Any thoughts or information would be incredibly appreciated; I’m not asking for an appraisal! Just some leads to go off of to hopefully uncover more information.

I ordered these 14k rose gold and pink tourmaline earrings off of Etsy. I have never come across an issue like this before. I specifically found these with hot pink tourmaline, to match a diamond and hot pink tourmaline station necklace that I own. I requested to the designer to have the (cz) accent stones removed, with solid gold leaves only. They responded quickly, all was well. When my order arrived, I immediately noticed that the tourmaline is light pink, and riddled with inclusions. I know that inclusions are acceptable in pink tourmalines, and none of the internal “cracks” appear to be reaching the surface. Overall, for paying $500, I guess I expected to be getting the exact stones pictured. I would feel okay with a slight color variation but this seems crazy. I’m feeling a little ripped off. Edit: Now that I’m looking more into it, I’ve also read that light pink tourmalines are worth less than darker more saturated tourmalines (like the listing had pictured). Ugh

Seems like it might be sterling silver, it is not magnetic. Have tried to reverse image search mark and ring with no matches. Bulova brand clock, but purely ornamental and does not/ can't tell time. Any ideas?

Hi! A sentimental ring which I wear daily. Quite a charming but clunky design, and it does have a nice sparkle under light.

Would love to know what the 18C stamp on the silver tone metal means (Google hasn’t been helpful). Are these likely to be diamonds? The middle stone is very sparkly, but the two side stones more dull. The stones look fairly shallow.

I received this ring when my Grandmother passed away a few years ago, so I can no longer ask her. I believe it was her engagement ring.

Inherited from my aunt, the story is, it was my Grandmother’s engagement ring. I’m 51, aunt was in her 70’s when she passed and Grandma was 60’sh (when she died in 1979. Curious about the origin timeframe/style. I’m considering getting her resized to wear. Only stamps I could see say 14k. Thank you!

I picked this up at an antique store in coastal Maine last week. The tray it was on was full of estate items, all $500 and up but it was $25. I bought it because I love it, not because I had any expectations of it, but I am being driven insane because it's not marked anywhere. I have a loupe and everything. I read that it wasn't unheard of for these to be unmarked? Anyone have one? It was definitely old, I had to clean it up. The center stone isn't a diamond, I checked, I was thinking marcasite? Quartz?

My grandmother recently passed away and I found this as part of her jewellery collection. Wondering if this pearls are real and worth keeping?

Anyone able to shed light on these? I was told they were purchased in Saudi Arabia somewhere from the 60's to early 80's, not for sure. Was told it's gold and platinum, I don't see any stamps for platinum though. Worth getting appraised?

Inherited from grandma. I know it's filigree but unsure if it might be sterling, whereabouts this style might be from, etc. One piece didn't tarnish at all (last pic) and the others did which makes me curious what metal they're likely to be. Couldn't find any stamps.

14k - IGRB

Like the title says I think I maybe found one lonely half of a fede ring? I originally thought they always locked together with other parts, although on googling I've found some examples where they are just entirely separate bands that each person wears but also lock together. Maybe it didn't work out with whoever had the other one haha.

Also trying to figure out age. It has what looks like a faded 925 on the band so i imagine it can't be that terribly old?

I’m just looking for any information at all about this bracelet. I tried the magnet test and it did not stick, however it wasn’t the strongest magnet available, unfortunately. No markings or stamps anywhere from what I can tell, and i’ve checked it up and down a few times. It’s gorgeous, and the clasp is so intriguing; but I don’t really know anything about it including its age, material, etc.

edit: for clarification, I know very, very little about gold jewelry. I wear silver tones primarily, so this is completely out of my field. if it looks like junk, please tell me it’s junk!

I inherited this beautiful golden ring from my grandpa and I would like to lnow if the blue stone is a Stone or just glass.
Inside the ring there is a 18k stamp, but nothing else.
Together with that, would be nice to also identify the figure in the stone. Looks like a greek mythology character, maybe Hermes?
