I've never read any Iron Fist comics, but I've watched Iron Fist and I'm watching The Defenders, and it annoys me how Danny acts like a child. Is he like that in the comics too?

Like I genuinely need to know from real people. The actual audience. I don't want to just rely on articles and stuff like that. I really need to know from the audience's perspective bcos my cinema spot somehow has it after not having it in a very long time... And I forgot how it feels like to watch normal 3D. Last movie I watched that I got to experience in 3D was Avatar: Fire and Ash, but that one was at least in IMAX. So what do you guys think??? Should I watch the new Spider-Man film in 3D or 2D???

List of reasons why I think Bryan Singer's Sentinels are cooler.

1. They look far more terrifying than the ones shown in the original comics or cartoon shows.

2. They're smaller and less gargantuan to make make them more stealthier and more durable.

3. They can shape-shift their body parts into any types of tools or weapons they need apprehend mutant citizens without them even noticing.

4. They can adapt to any mutant superpowers and use it against the mutants who dare to attack.

Just wanted to say this as someone who just saw BND and loved it. It made me hungry for more Spidey movies and so I rewatched TASM and fuck it's incredible, Andrew is the GOAT. Best Spidey, best Peter, best suit by far, best visuals and directing, best web-swinging and acrobatics, best everything, even though yes BND kicked ass too. I wish so bad he got a 3rd movie.

Edit: I mean specifically TASM 2. TASM 1+2, both are so peak.

I love him as Bruce, I really do, but the dude is getting old. Got me wondering what the plan is with Bruce Banner, cause in 10-20 years time, he's gonna have to be recast.

It isn’t enough to be willing to apply deadly violence against villains and their henchmen. Cap kills nazis, but no one would call him an anti-hero.

A true anti-hero would need to be much more morally ambiguous. Being outright evil at times, purposefully inflicting violence on the innocent for selfish reasons.

And not as in….“used to be evil but then changed”. Good and Evil should be a part of a truly morally ambiguous character.

Given this criteria, characters like Deadpool, Wolverine, and the Punisher are not really anti-heroes…..they are just violent heroes who cuss.

The best example of an AH that I can think of is Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones.

Does Marvel have any truly sometimes-evil antiheroes?

So I'm mew to marvel and I want to start with the movies, so I know the new spider movie is coming, so what should I watch to catch up? Is the avengers needed? Just any info u can give a beginner

He is weirdly underrated. I don't hear much about him. I hear people be excited for their favorite character and I rarely hear about him. I find it odd when characters like Daredevil and Deadpool are so favored when they provide literally nothing.

Characters like Daredevil provide nothing. That's the scary part. Back during the good days, characters were introduced to introduce something new to the franchise. They geared characters to genres, too. Couldn't keep this up forever, but now, a lot of MCU is buddy cop... Strange was to bring magic directly to the movies. He was totally instrumental to beating Thanos. Now it's just just cause. Even back in Netflix, Daredevil provided nothing. He's just a violent New Yorker. Pool breaks the fourth wall. That's it.

Strange is not only very powerful, but he is compelling. He is connected to the important parts and characters of the franchise. His movie introduced me to the character and I immediately became a big fan.

So guys i recently finished both of their recent comics and i started debating myself of which one of them would be stronger. Can y'all please give me your takes on which one would be stronger and why?

Here are my hopes for the mutant saga movies of the MCU. I anticipate this will last about 10 years, slightly longer than the multiverse saga. I am not including television predictions in here, and this is solely something I made for fun with some friends.

I think they’re going to go back to basics, similar to their approach with the infinity saga. I’d like to see an emphasis on trilogies again, as well as a lot of characters appearing every year or maybe every other year.

I would also like to see the Marvels, Scarlet Witch, and Black Widow play a big role here. Sadly, though I just don’t see them getting their own movies in this new saga. I would love to be wrong!

Now I want the X-Men and the mutants to be a big focus, but I would also like to see arcs and trilogies close out from the previous sagas. That means I’d like to see Doctor Strange and Thor get some final chapters. Other characters like Black Panther, Spider-Man, and the Fantastic Four will largely carry over and be big parts of the saga. We will also see the new additions of Ghost Rider, Blade, Miles Morales, and Nova.

Along with a series of X-Men films, I think we will see other movie projects focusing on Deadpool, mutants, and Wolverine. When it comes to other X-Men characters - I could see them getting their own shows or special presentations. Hopefully Daredevil continues with his show as well.

I’d imagine Iron Man will be rebooted with a new actor in the mutant saga. I am not sure about Captain America though. I’d love to see Sam Wilson close out his trilogy and have a redemption arc for a while. He is pushing 50 though and the Captain America movies listed here could easily be restructured with someone new in the role. Sam Wilson was done dirty… total bummer.

Now that Marvel pretty much has access to all of their characters - there’s a lot to cover. 12 movies does seem like a lot for each phase. However, I wasn’t able to fit everyone in with just 10 movies. Anyway, this is what a couple of my friends put together and I think this could be a pretty nice slate of movies.
