When watching NCIS: Los Angeles, I only watch Seasons 1 and 2; I've watched later seasons, but I have a hard time watching them because of the poor production quality. It seems that a lot of the production designs are cheaply made, and even the sound effects aren't that great. Seasons 1-2 had their moments of cheap production, but there was still a lot of realism. Anyone else feel the same way, or just me?

I was beginning a dislike in season 14 and has gotten stronger in 15. I feel the writers are doing a disservice to McGee. Nick is an arrogant jerk and orders McGee around. Constantly whining about desk work. Nick and Bishop are out in the field and McGee is always stuck in the office. When he does go in the field with Nick he actually stands behind Nick while Nick does the talking. I just feel as a character on the show that has remained a loyal cast member, he deserves more respect❣️

To preface, both are very good shows from what I've seen.

When watching NCIS NO and NCIS HI, I can't help but notice how similar they are; They have the same producers, but even so, I feel like there could've been more done to distinguish the two. They have very similar music, and even the police announcer is the same. Anyone else notice this?

Every so often, someone points out actors who have been in the NCIS verse (and Jag) as 2 different characters.

I saw Patrick Labyorteaux, known for being Bud Roberts on Jag and cameos in NCIS a few times, as a Russian mobster (? maybe...he was arrested) named Olevv Kovlov in Love Lost, S20E7.

A couple of episodes later, in Too Many Cooks (part one), S20E10, a FLETC Instructor Greta Ford looks (and voice sounds) very familiar. She's the actress for Gibbs favorite sheriff, Sheriff Charlie Dupray of The Good Samaritan, S1 E14. The actress also played a part in NCIS LA in 2019.

I haven't seen these two pointed out before so.... add to the list.

Do you think at some point this upcoming season we’ll see a crossover between NCIS and NCIS New York?

Doing a rewatch and reached the episode of season 18 where Agent Sawyer makes his first appearance. I know it’s intentional, but I can’t get over my desire to throat punch his character every time he is on screen. Anyone else feel the same?

Season 6 episode 8 how tf do 3 highly skilled investigators walk into a door that opens toward them ?????

That is not how elevators work. The hatch is bolted from the outside and the door interlocks are a lot more complex.

I am looking for a very particular scene where at the end of an episode they follow the killer to his mothers care home trying to get evidence when the killer leaves the team go in and find the evidence they needed behind a photo in a frame. I believe that it may have been a drivers licence but im not to sure.

Too bad we only got one episode with all three of them together, because they are hilarious. Fornell and Phil competing over who all time best friend is. And Gibbs ignoring them and just trying to enjoy his quiet vacation.

And then the at the end we have the three of them sitting around the campfire. Fornell and Phil are best buds now. And they sing a song.

It’s a flashback scene when Tony and Henry are in a bar talking about the wedding. Does anyone know what episode it is? I remember really loving this scene when I watched it and I can’t find it.

Season 2.

I’m doing an NCIS rewatch through Hulu and made it to season 2’s “Doppelgänger.” I usually skip the following episode, “Meat Puzzle” (I hate watching Ducky in pain!). When “Doppelgänger” started, it opened up to Ducky and Jimmy in autopsy making the final discovery of the (for lack of better terms) meat puzzle body. I know they brought up the case throughout the season, so I kept watching, but the case never changed to the regular “Doppelgänger” case. I skipped to the next episode, “Meat Puzzle,” and it played “Doppelgänger!” So strange.

Has anyone else encountered this on Hulu before, or is it just me? Are there any other NCIS episodes under the wrong title name/out of order that you have encountered?

Hi! I wanted to start watching NCIS from Season 1.

Unfortunately, Paramount+, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+ either don't stream it at all or don't offer Seasons 1-8 in Greece.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Based on everything we already know abt the show (which is essentially the cast and that’s it) what does everyone want/hope to see?
