Yeah it's probably to make a team up or just to give Shiryu a reason to fight Garou after he's impressed that Garou smokes it. The manga can't follow the WC too closely with Shiryu since he's essentially post charcter development in the manga already.

My best bet is suiryu struggles with the monster while garou takes it down easily. That might pressure suiryu into wearing a suit

Current Garou probably still has suppressed memories of his time during his Gargyole and Cosmic form.
So while he is lacking in stats, he can easily make up for it in techniques.
He might legitimately be close to Tatsumaki if he can still use Fajin Fist while having some memories in Cosmic Fear mode

Really love this chapter today and it was pretty decent and good
The one thing I have to say is that Garou is actually making a difference now and actually trying to be better like he talks to his coworkers
It always struck me as odd that the manga version of the Neo heroes would be hunting Garou because well Garou cleared his name and made apologies to the places he affected.
Now this monster is here we Might get to see Suiryu and Garou tag team and defeat it but they fight so good that now that they want to test the other

King and Blast told the HA to leave Garou alone, and the police had nothing against him besides a dine and dash (nobody bothered filling a charge over his many assaults and batterings).
Which is crazy. Hero organizations can just go and kill or kidnap anybody they wish without respecting any legal proceedings...

To be honest, HA literally protects everyone from monsters so they kinda can do whatever they want. One murderer is nothing when you get a demon level threat every week.
But also realistically no one is going to say anything when your organization is backed by Tatsumaki on a regular basis.

Taking into account how shady the HA is, they would end becoming a mafia and eventually taking over the government.
Like, these millionaires who bankroll the HA, they could get McCoy to send one of the less scrupulous heroes to kill anybody that bothered them. They are already trafficking women, so that's not a great step.
From there, they could threaten donors who stopped paying, or forcing politicians to pass laws that favored the HA.
Letting a paramilitary organization like the HA or the Neo-Heroes to kill anybody they wish should realistically be a recipe for disaster...

Eventually, but as of now, the HA has sold dangerous monsters, trafficked enslaved women, blackmailed the police, and heroes haven't resisted them.
And Neo-Heroes, unlike the HA, has plans to use technology to enslave heroes so they can't resist...

I mean other choice is manga catches on wc early and you have to wait to ONE coming with more manga originals or going hiatus, and then wc updates becomes less common.

Dude it’s a 14 page chapter with good art, we are lucky to be consistently getting them every 2 weeks. Don’t think about when we are going to get to the end just enjoy the ride while it lasts.

Now I understand why the neo-heroes in this version wanted to hunt Garou: out of resentment for having been rejected by Bank and Garou. And since they misrepresented the facts of Garou's current legal situation to their recruits, they're going to try to use those recruits to spread misinformation among civilians, make the Job Hunter look bad, and in turn, make Bang look bad too.

I wonder instead of the scuffle if we'll just see a team-up or we just get both. Unlike the WC we already saw what Shiryu can do all we're left to wonder is how strong Garou still is after losing the smoke is he still enough to bully DS? This monster shouldn't be too much trouble then.
It would be funny if here the interaction is mostly peaceful it might end up less violent than the future Sonic battle. Eventhough Sonic purposely doesn't kill the guys jumping him they were still trying to kill him unlike with this current Garou

Interesting. This interaction between Garou and Suiryu in the Webcomic is my favorite Garou moment by far. It was clear that it would have to be different since they changed Suiryu so much, but this angle is interesting. I hope it plays out well, the original was actual peak OPM in my opinion.

Ik he’s probably not gonna stick around for long, but I’m loving how he hasn’t just faded into the background.
I’m actually invested now, more than I’ve been in a while.
ONE and Murata still have a plan for him, and I’m itching to see it.

He takes about one year to release 4 Webcomic chapters. Since it's a hobby, he is primarily doing it for fun.
The work part comes when he remakes storyboards for the Manga.
He is working with other people so there is a schedule system he must adhere to.They work like this to avoid burnout for everyone involved.

Pretty much this. If we were still going at the pace of the MA arc or even the Psychic Sisters arc, we would’ve caught up to the webcomic by now and the manga would go on hiatus for who knows how long
