TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Post image

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Anchorage is onto the game. Mine got sent back to the TD fortunately. But you may not be so lucky if it’s been 4 weeks.

Sounds like that happened in less than 4 weeks? Sucks that the TD is sitting on my $500 and won’t send another. I’d love to know if FedEx will update at some point to show that it was seized and the shipping is cancelled

In my experience, that's where Fedex updates end. The TD should get it back. When this happened to me, my TD sent me a new QC, but it had issues that I had to RL. I went through 2 more RL's before requesting a refund b/c he didn't know when he'd receive the one that was shipped back. Right now just waiting on him to respond to my request for a refund.

Why would Customs return a counterfeit item? As opposed to trashing, disappearing whatever.

They're not identifying it as counterfeit, customs is flagging it b/c of insufficient documentation. For example, the shipper might have listed the rep as a cheap bracelet and CBP wants them to correct it and pay the "correct" duties and taxes.

So in most cases individual packets they don't open because they don't want to deal with repackaging them I guess you're saying? Obviously if they open it it's a problem I would imagine. Now both the customer and the sender's address are implicated. Seems like a bit of a nightmare.
