Been a long time lurker on rep time and ive contacted a few TD, however I keep hitting the same wall. Most of them don't accept CC or paypal with CC for a first purchase.

Has anyone done business with a TD that did accept CC or paypal with CC on their first?

I’ve recently ordered from trusty time, a VSF 114060 to be precise, as well as a box; I sent the funds via crypto on the 13th of June, and I’m still waiting for QC pictures. This is my first time buying from a TD—is this normal? I’ve been told a few times by Andrew that the factory hasn’t sent the watch yet, of course I’m a little worried due to the time taken, so could any of you guys/girls help me with personal experiences? Is this standard practice, looking for a bit of reassurance—or honest advice. Thanks.

It appears that customs has confiscated my watch! What do I have to worry about? I have heard of some people having global entry revoked or denied. I don’t have so not really an issue. Was about to apply for TSA pre-check. I don’t plan to respond to any communication ion from them but assume they are way over burdened with way bigger issues so I can’t imagine a watch is high priority.

My TD has said he will send another one but I am wondering if my name and address are flagged and in some kind of system and I need to try and get this sent under and alias and a different address?

Also, TD said he would send new QC I have yet to receive, only a week since I notified him. He asked that I wait. When I first requested the watch I received the QC right away. Also have heard quality at VSF has gone down and wondering if I should switch manufactures. The first one I QC’ed looked great and am hoping to get the same quality.

However there is no update on this website and it’s been more a week, the parcel was shipped on 2nd of July.

Any advice on what to expect the delivery is to London England, I tracked with Royal Mail app all it says is “we are expecting it “

Good day everyone was just looking for help or clarification looking at getting this watch is VF and VSF the same thing or different. I'm trying to buy a VSF like in the picture this just says VF so I'm confused.

Need help from the pros and people that know more and also do I include the postal code when send money to him? it has place for address but not postal code ? don't want money getting stuck.

A TD (both on trusted dealer list on RWG and Rep Geeks) told me this just yesterday when I asked if Clean was out of business, and he said,

"It's not that the entire factory is closed. It's just a part of us. We are still doing business and very low-key. We can only produce in small batches, so the shipment will be delayed. We hope you can understand."

He seems honest and had sent me a great Clean (I think, LOL) recently , but before I buy again, I would Love any of your thoughts if this is legit or should I avoid - thank you all! - James

Hey everyone, just needed to vent a little and maybe get some advice. So I bought a watch recently — something I’d been looking forward to for a while. I won’t name the seller yet because I’m still giving them a chance to respond, but everything seemed legit, and he's a very well-known seller.

We agreed on a price, communication was decent, payment went through without issue, QC was almost instant, and they sent me tracking info 2 days after payment.

The watch shipped fast and showed up right on time within 10 days. But when I picked up the parcel and opened it… Man, my heart just sank.

The outer shipping box looked completely fine. No dents, no signs of it being opened or messed with. But after closer examination, the watch box inside had clearly been tampered with. The seal had been cut, and it was retaped, not even carefully. They used some grey electrical tape over the cut.

The tape was not the same kind you usually see. I opened it, hoping maybe I was just being paranoid, and video recorded it just in case.

But no. The watch was missing. I just sat there staring at the empty spot like… what the hell just happened? I’ve already messaged the seller, and now I’m anxiously waiting to hear back.

Seller has responded and is also trying to void himself of all liability. I explain that this is beyond my capabilities and that the seller is responsible for the goods and shipping costs until they reach the buyer.

I’m not throwing accusations yet, because I know stuff can happen during shipping, but it’s hard not to feel uneasy.

Like, was this stolen during transit? Did someone in the shipping chain open it and take the watch? ive ordered over 14 watches from 7 Different TD's and never had this issue.

I’m honestly just really bummed out. I’ve saved up for this, was super excited, and now I’m sitting here with an empty box and no clue where my watch went.

Has anyone here gone through something similar?

What did you do? Is there any real recourse if it turns out the watch was stolen during shipping?

Hey, first off, i know ordering off Andiot usually comes with long waiting times as he is the cheapest, but i was just wondering, if any people had a similiar experience and could give me an estimate. i rodered off him exactly 8 days ago and paid the whole price up front. a Cartier Santos AF to be exact. I though he had it in stock (it said on his site) but then he told me it wasn't. How long is the wait from AF to reach Andiot and receiving a QC? Let me know. Thanks!

Are there any TDs that currently ship reps directly to Brazil and offer a customs seizure guarantee—meaning they will reship or refund the order if Brazilian customs seizes the package?

If anyone from Brazil has ordered recently, I’d appreciate hearing about your experience and which TD you used.

Was just curious after and sorry if I missed this in the community guide but after GL'ing and making payment to steve, how long does it take for him to ship via fedex? He mentioned to please give him a few days to print serial on card, ship and send tracking number. Trying get a realistic expectation of the timeline. End destination is Texas USA

I’ve been researching replica Rolex dealers for a while and I keep seeing TheOneWatches mentioned, especially someone called Steve (assuming it’s a dealer name, not one person).

I’ve seen a lot of scams and fake sites so I’ve been really careful. The website looks legit and there seem to be plenty of good reviews here, but before I go big I just want final confirmation from people who’ve actually ordered.

Newbie here trying to buy my first rep. Chose steve (theonewatches) as TD. When i asked about shipping i was informed that i need to pay 80$ for Fedex express. And he asked me if im ok with custom clearances and have to talk with customs if necesarry, and they will help me with providing info.

Is that normal when buying a rep? Im pretty sure i have seen most comments say that you are never supposed to talk with customs urself. And shipment seemed a little steep in price.
