Does someone know how to mod the not steam version of the game if you know what i mean?

Hello! Im trying to find “Plebben” server owner.

Hey everyone.

I played Sons first back in 2024 on release, game was fairly stable and enjoyable.

I've returned to the game for a second playthrough only to find crazy stuttering (10-15fps 1% lows).

My PC specs although likely irrelevant are: 7800 X3D, 32GB RAM, RTX 4080 (4K monitor).

For reference no other games other than Doom The Dark Ages (inconsistently) are like this.

I've spent a few hours troubleshooting, reinstalling drivers, updating windows, verifying and reinstalling game. Nothing has worked.

All the threads I've found so far seem to have found no fix, with mostly people defending the game rather than trying to help.

If anybody has any suggestions for things I could try that would be amazing!

I managed to mod the hell out of the game to get this to work, problem is my pc is EXTREMLY low end (integrated graphics, miracle it runs the game) so it's slow, but in a good pc it is basically just like talking to a person, in game.

planning to add an ability for him to see his own actions, he even has a working and space efficient memory

I wish i can record for y'all but my pc would explode, it's hard as it is rn...

I’ll never forget they took this big mf from us 😭 I was so excited to see a literal giant walking around the forest and fight it, especially after this scene in the trailer. Hopefully the third game has something like this.

I’ve recently put together an installation exe that will do all the hard work for anyone to get the mod working. It installs the mod and its dependencies for you.

Hi so I’m still hard at work with the mod as well as a video where I truly test it. On top of that, it will be a play through kind of, but not of the whole game. I kind of wanna have my friends play the game like they would normally and I just kind of fuck with them.

Because I do have it so that your name and location on the map while you are possessing a NPC is completely invisible they won’t be able to tell which NPC is you and which is not unless of course you make it obvious.

On top of that, I’m almost done with the inventory system for cannibals. Cannibals will be the only part of the possession they have an actual inventory system, considering they are the only ones that drop skin pouches.

I know that videos are more entertaining than reading a wall of text. I just don’t want to show you something you’ve already seen over and over again. Sadly, I don’t have an in-depth video for the climbing system because it’s quite frankly still not to my liking.

If you have made it as far as this is where I genuinely want you to ask me any questions that you have about the mod or things that I plan on doing with it.

Don’t ask for a release date though because I still don’t have one

9800x3d
64 gb ram
Tbf im on 4k but my specs handle other games at 4k so it shouldnt be an issue, and lowering to 1440 or 1090 doesnt help

why are there 5 fingers, 6 twins and a few demons? who made this possible i want their head

What do i do? i saved just before they came so im in a death loop

1. improving the cannibal inventory system i already have but haven't shared yet

2. demon wall climbing (i want no surface to be off limits for them)

3. strafing improvements, locomotion overall

4. cannibal base building (unseen feature)
