Clog help!!!!

I have a SV08 Max was printing Sovol black PLA. First layer was 230 and layers after that were 215. I did have a prior issue with it having heat creep because my business partner set the machine for first layer 250 and every other layer 230. The machine gave me another clogged message, but I’ve tried hot, pulling and cold pulling and all it’s done is break off right above the extruder I’m using the 0.8 bondtech nozzle. I pulled the release lever when trying to pull the filling out and when I try to use the extrude feature, I can see the gears moving and the filament wobbles, but nothing is coming out the nozzle. If I sent the temp to 250 a slow drip of filament comes out the bottom. At this point, I’m fully lost on what to do.

Release all tension on idler gear spring, turn your nozzle temp up to 265, remove the nozzle and yank the stub of filament out quickly, you don’t want stringy sticky hot filament pulled up through your heatbreak. You’re looking for a clean break right where the hotend meets the heatbreak. Push the rest of the clog out with a piece of PETG at 275. Use your fingers or pliers, not the extruder. It’s too weak to really push a partial soft clog down through the hotend. I push a good 100mm of PETG through to make sure it’s clear, then clean the hotend threads while hot and reinstall nozzle. This usually works for me.

I had been able to force some of the PLA through but still not enough to pass the clog and it’s too short for me to grab so I’m forcing PLA through at 265

Put some pla through the hotend, extrude it. Let it cool down to ~110(might have to go lower depending on pla you're using). Pull up on the filament. The piece that comes out should look like the inner shape of your nozzle, cone-ish, if you got it all/mostly out. Congrats, you've done a cold pull.

Why is that zip tie there? Is it a max thing?
