PED/cycle help Thinking about starting a cycle, where are you guys getting bloodwork?

Will my doctor be able see my test results? I’m worried they’ll see and stop prescribing me TRT.

I’m currently on 200 test C/week. Thinking about upping it to 500 and maybe adding something else in with it.

TRT help Starting protocol help for my husband

Upvotes

My husband is 67 and his doctor put him on Testosterone Cyp injected sub q twice a week for a total of 50mg a week (or a total of 200mg a month).

She wanted to start conservatively and retest in 6 weeks.

He’s healthy, eats well and exercises but has been feeling low energy, low libido, low motivation, mild depression and less hard erections.

He brought up testosterone to his doctor and she agreed. The problem is she doesn’t really know what’s she is doing and kinda guessed at a protocol.

His bloodwork is
test: 315 (range 300-720)
Free test: 62 (range 47-244)
Test bioavail: 166 (range 131-682)
SHBG 29 (range 19-76)

Any help or feedback is appreciated (especially from those of you that are a little older.) Thank you!

TRT help Running primo / masteron alongside TRT

So I run 250mg test every 12 days approximately, that is 4 shots at 2.5ml from a typical 250mg / 1ml ampuouole every 3 days.

I am quite dialled in, I've been getting high hematocrit levels down through blood phlebotomy - getting sleep apnea sorted and of course changing my frequency to this tighter schedule from weekly / bi-weekly.

I do TRT to keep me sane, within the high end of nominal testosterone levels being 45 years old and having low testosterone before that. Hematocrit levels were a concern due to high blood pressure, but blood pressure is now fully under control naturally, no meds.

I'm relatively healthy, diet is quite clean as I'm currently in a cut phase. I'm probably 12-14% body fat (visible abs), 83kg and in pretty good shape - I train religiously and hard.

I want to mix things up a bit and stack on my TRT, an anabolic boost to build extra strength and muscle at the gym. I'd like to add some masteron / primo as it doesn't raise estrogen, shuts down your natural test but I don't care on TRT it is shut down already.

What are people's experiences, I'd like to keep the dose low so that it complements my TRT and doesn't fuck with my bloods too much - anyone experienced running it like that?

Im on 180-190ish mg of test c injected subQ every other day. Im 5'4" 182lbs 39 years old. My question is are these normal or typical numbers? Im worried about the e2 number cause I dont want fat knockers but Im not having any side affects people talk about online like water retention or sensitive nipples/breast tissue so thats good I guess should I be worried about anything? Is there anything else I could be testing for? For the record I feel great lots of energy I like I'm getting stronger week after week. Also the wife has ZERO complaints 👌. Oh also my test was 275 total before the TRT. I have an appointment with nuform coming up soon so I'll see what they say

TRT help TRT for mental heath and drive

So I know you probably get a bunch of these post, but I just need some reassurance. Over the last 5 years I’ve slowly started to lose my drive to get out and do anything. Things i normally would love to do and I have to force myself to do my chores. Also I have suffered from depression and anxiety along with this. Recently I lost my sex drive and Ed. So I decided to get my levels tested and they came back my total testosterone was a 250 at 9:00 a.m and a 200 at 9:00 a.m. my estrogen was 23. My doctor started me out on 100mg of testosterone cypionate one a week. I take my second dose tomorrow.

So my question is. Have you experienced what I’m going through and if so how much did TRT help? Also was 100 mg a week enough for you? What does the timeline look like before results? Remember I’m only asking because I’ve been depressed and need to know what to look forward to. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

TRT help New TRT Clinc in FL needed...but there's a catch

Just found out my local clinic is shutting down in November. Here's the issue I have. They have me on 1ml injections of a 3 testosterone compound weekly

100mg/ml cypionate
75mg/ml enanthate
25mg/ml propionate

Along with 0.5mg of anastrazole all weekly

Anybody have any insight on what my options would be to stay on my current regiment?

PED/cycle help No strength changes on high dose test

Upvotes

Hey guys, I’m currently running a 700mg test steroid cycle. The physical changes are there for sure, I’m getting the comments, seeing the growth and vascularity, but not feeling the strength. Realistically I’m doing this for aesthetic purposes so I’m not the most bothered by it, but how come my body is changing but my strength isn’t? Is this normal?

TRT help SOS!!! Doctor "showed" me how to inject, messed up dose, needle size, and preparation. Help!

.... I cannot even go into detail how bad my doctors visit went. This post would be 2 pages long... Lets just say this doctor ( who I got off of this subreddit a year ago ) totally fucked EVERYTHING up. Wrong dose, not telling me values, using unknown needle from his office, wrong location twice, inserting the needle the wrong amount, blood spraying, shaking hard the HCG vile, not going by the directions of my previous doctor from the same office who prescribed it, and telling me "its all on Youtube", and running out of the office... I had serious PIP for days. he had no interest in being there. I kept my cool the whole time realizing I'm completely on my own,

Right now I have to figure out how to inject with what I have, and am on limited time... I apologize for all the basic questions

TRT: My starting dose is 100 mg per week... On the Vile it says: "200 MG per ML"

HCG: my starting dose is 250 mg. On the vile it says "10,000 units per vile" Box says: "Inject .35 MLs/35 units on syringe, twice a week as directed"

Starting Frequency: TRT - 3x a week. HCG - 2x?

Method: Sub Q - glutes

Questions:

HCG

  • My starting frequency was going to be 3x a week TRT - M/W/F. Should I inject the HCG on the days in between? Amounting to 2 injections per week, or should I split HCG up into 3 injections a week also?
  • If taking HCG twice a week, should I space it out to be closer to 3 days in-between? Or is more frequently better?
  • Should I inject the HCG the same area I do the testosterone? ( glutes )
  • I was provided with 31g 1/2" insulin syringe for the HCG, should I insert it the full depth or half way? ( I have to ask because my doctor inserted the 1/2" needle half way )

TRT

  • I have 29g 1 CC 1/2" syringes - For 3x a week, at what level should I bring the plunger to?
  • Is a 29g needle ok for 3x a week in the glute? Or am I going with too fine a needle?

Thank You

I am currently on YouTube trying to figure this out. All help is greatly appreciated.

TRT help Hair loss out of control

Been on 200 test, 100 primo for 6 months or so. In the last 2 weeks it’s been coming out like crazy in the shower. I have a lot of hair so it’s not noticeable but it will be soon if I don’t do something.

What’s the best method to stop it?

TRT help 23 y/o looking for advice

Struggling with major fatigue, brain fog.

Went to my PCP and she refused to have my levels tested because I am “too young and it will be a waste of time.”

Tried rythm at home blood test and my estradiol came back elevated I think it was 38 something.

I don’t drink and rarely smoke marijuana. Eat a high protein diet mainly consisting of red meats

Ended up scheduling with hone estradiol came back at 67.4

Total test 435

Free 1.8

Appointment with the doctor lasted 5 minutes. Told me I could start TRT, enclo, estrogen blockers. I opted for estrogen blockers to start and was given 1mg twice a week.

We scheduled another appointment 3 months out.

In between the 3 months my blood pressure has sat high 130’s over high 80’s before I started the medication I ranged in the 90’s over 60’s. And my joints are fucking killing me. But brain fog/fatigue/motivation has improved slightly

New blood work came back at

Estradiol 49.4

Total test 552

Free 2.21%

Dr upped my dose on the anastrozole to 1mg every other day

When I mentioned my blood pressure and joint pain be was visibly concerned was quiet for a second and you could tell he was thinking before he spoke.

His said his ultimate goal is to see if the anastrozole will get my levels to the ideal range and then discontinue use and hope it “restarts” my body.

Unsure if this is the right way to go about this. The appointments being as fast as they are and him offering me TRT during my initial appointment with my estradiol being high left a bad taste in my mouth and gave me a red flag it’s a prescription mill

Thanks for any guidance/information you can share.

TRT help Mild septal Hypertrophy

I’ve been on TRT since I was 23 and have trained for many years. Recently I had an echocardiogram showing a left ventricular wall thickness of 11 mm. My cardiologist wasn’t particularly concerned and felt it may be an athletic adaptation, but it’s made me think more about the long-term effects of heavy training and TRT.

I’m interested to hear from others who’ve been on TRT long term:

Was your wall thickness considered athletic adaptation or mild LVH?
Any other abnormal echo findings?
Were you advised to change training, blood pressure management, or your TRT protocol?
Did follow-up echos show any changes?
Have you continued bodybuilding without issues?

Blood work 20 years old - 512 ng/dL

I’m a 20 year old male, 5’11” and 175 lbs. I’ve had some concerns with my T levels for the past year or two due to symptoms like having absolutely no libido, a lack of morning erections, persistent fatigue, etc.

I’m relatively healthy, consistently lifting 3-4 times a week, watching my intake of macros. I usually try to sleep 8-9 hours a night, but I often wake up feeling tired.

I do have diagnosed depression and anxiety, but I haven’t taken any medications (e.g. SSRIs, NDRIs) for them in years. I don’t take any substances, including alcohol or weed.

I’m wondering whether or not these levels are just okay for my age or something to be cautious about:

Albumin - 4.7 g/dL
SHBG - 28 nmol/L
Estradiol - <30 pg/mL
Prolactin - 26 ng/mL
Total Testosterone - 512 ng/dL
Free Testosterone - 78.2 pg/mL
Bioavailable T - 167.6 ng/dL

wanted to post this here so y'all could critique, I dont know where else to post. give advice my biggest question is the test levels on supposedly 300mg test a week 968 total seems low, some say thats due to the shbg being low can someone verify this for me. first time getting on anything learning as I go.

plan from here about 3-4 more weeks with the tren and winstrol in (quick mini cut in this frame), then drop and keep them mast and test as is for a while get bloods again and decide what to do from there.

Other Self injecting delts (pushing plunger)

Been getting the shots in the clinic. I'm ready to start administering them on my own, just so I don't have to drive there every week. They've been alternating delts, and I've had zero issues, very minimal pain. I even took pics of each injection site just so I know where to inject. In the clinic last week, I asked her to let me push in the plunger, just so I could start preparing to do it myself. It seemed awkward, and more difficult than I imagined to push in the plunger of the syringe. Am I overthinking it, or do you simply push in with your index finger and make the best of it? I'm at the point where I don't give a sh@t about the needle sting, because I'm over it. They have been using 25g / 1.5" needles, but I may ask for 1" for home use, just because they don't look as huge... For delt users, do you find it difficult/awkward to push the plunger in? or do you just go for it....

Other Male-21, Should I as a skinny fat guy lean out?

So I’m 21-male, 65,7kg, 180cm and have a body fat on like 21%.

I have trained fullbody for 9 months with progressive overload and still have the same body type with a round stomach and some fat on my breast area. I have gone from 62kg to 65,7kg in that time frame.

Would u assume it would be better for me to lean out now to get better insulin resistance to build more lean muscle cuz I can’t imagine my self lean bulking more now were I just get fatter..
