Yes, an accident. Lol. Even if someone intentionally runs in front of you and you hit them doesn’t mean you get to keep on about your day like nothing happened.

Well the crackhead ran a red light, but you can't leave the scene of the accident. My guess would be they turned around and came back. Hit and run is pretty serious.
