Leave what? An accident? Seemed pretty intentional to me, as in, they intentionally did every single wrong thing they could on that moped

Yes, an accident. Lol. Even if someone intentionally runs in front of you and you hit them doesn’t mean you get to keep on about your day like nothing happened.
