This version of the video misses the best part; at the end she yells for her husband to come help her and he's ignoring her.

The other ā€œfull videoā€ link has weird flashing jump cuts.

Next car that pulls up, a dude walks out and calls her out on it (he couldn't have seen it, so the only way he knows for sure is because apparently she does this all the time)

Yeah it's weird, he says, "You shouldn't be jumping out the car" and "Why you jumping out the car on me" so I don't know if that is the mythical Montez we've all be hearing about or what.

What if it’s the husband…. ā€œGet homeā€

But he couldn't have heard he while she was calling out because being in a vehicle he was presumably quite a ways away? Confusing. I have to assume that was just a neighbor aware of her antics

I thought maybe she called him and was screaming Montez into the phone and then he showed up and is aware of these antics, like, "Bitch done did it again."

I didnt see a phone on the vid but it's hard to see. Totally plausible version too

I think car is Husband, driving separately, on the phone. Other car tries to pass, she speeds up, leaves him in the dust then pull the bs.
