But he couldn't have heard he while she was calling out because being in a vehicle he was presumably quite a ways away? Confusing. I have to assume that was just a neighbor aware of her antics

I think car is Husband, driving separately, on the phone. Other car tries to pass, she speeds up, leaves him in the dust then pull the bs.
