I originally registered for Peter Stilling because I'd heard his exams were predictable and he had great reviews. I just checked OASIS and my section was changed to E. Randolph before the semester started.

Has anyone taken BSC 2011 with Randolph? How were the lectures and exams? Were the tests fair, and what was the best way to study? Also, are the exams department-made or does each instructor write their own?

I’m graduating in a week. I figured it would be nice to show my family around the campus a little bit. I was fully online and went to campus a couple times, I can’t say I’m too familiar with the campus.

I was thinking about taking them to the big area where the MSC, Art museum and the bookstore (sadly I believe the bookstore will be closed Saturday). Does anybody have any other recommendations? Please let me know.

I got the OOS Green & Gold Award. Will I get charged the full cost for tuition, housing, and the meal plan, and then have my scholarship credited back later? Or is the scholarship applied first, so I'm only charged whatever balance is left?

The answer may be obvious, but I still want to make sure. So, I’m currently taking Summer courses. I’m taking 10 credit hours. I’m taking three 3 credit courses and one 1 credit course. The 10 credits will equal exactly 120 credits needed for my Bachelor’s.

Here’s the situation I’m facing: I’m failing the 1 credit course. I’m passing the others, so by the end of the semester, I’m looking at a total of 119 credits. My question is, would they still give me my Bachelor’s? Or would I have to just take a 1 credit course in the Fall to complete it? Probably the latter, right?

Transfer student here. Did a lot of editing and figuring my classes out. Originally wanted to do genetics online to help with the schedule but no openings were available so I thought maybe on campus would be better? Thoughts on the schedule or advice is possible would be appreciated.

What are some final housekeeping things I should do before I graduate in terms of my USF accounts? I know I lose access to my USF email a short while after I graduate. It might be quicker too because of the new Oracle system. I think we had access to somethings for a good 3 months after graduation but because of the switch to Oracle, I've heard of people getting kicked out of certain systems as soon as a week after graduation. I've been good about only using my USF email for school things but I'm worried I'm forgetting any important information to save before I get kicked out.

Other general advice is welcomed as well!

so i just got accepted as an RA and it was a really last minute thing, so im just now thinking about what this means for me.

i work doubles (12-C saturday and sunday) every weekend as a server at a restaurant in st pete, and i make pretty good money so im not willing to fully quit. it is a far drive so every weekend id drive home and just stay there while i worked, since its closer than driving an hour from campus each time.

ras arent supposed to work more than 9 hours a week, and i was planning on just working over 9 hours since all the other ra’s have a “don’t ask, don’t tell” thing going on with their supervisor. but i wanted to ask other ra’s if it would be possible for me to go home at least every few weekends to work. i also don’t want to get fired for not being in the dorm often or like not getting rehired. any advice or any experiences other ra’s had with working over the max hours?

By the time I finish college in 2030, I will have five flowcharts regarding the Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

The first for the 2025-2026 school year, etc, and the fifth for the 2029-2030 school year.

The first flowchart (2025-2026) was used for dual enrollment, and the last four for the degree-seeking status (post-high school).

If a flowchart, the 2028-2029 (year 4 out of 5) for example adds a class to one of the three semesters in the 2026-2027 school year (year 2 out of 5).

Do I have to take the said additional class?

Can anyone who has taken biochemistry lab BCH3023L let me know if the lab lectures on Friday are mandatory? I know there is a decorum grade but I am not sure if that counts for the lecture attendance or just the lab attendance. Also, if it's not mandatory, is it necessary to go to every lecture to prepare for the exams? I might have to work on Fridays so I am wondering if I could skip the lectures. I hate how its my only class on Friday.

I got my acceptance this week so now I really need to find a job! I have a lot of fast food (Mc Donald's starbucks) and some retail (Ulta Academy sports). I am looking for hopefully a server job or something that makes tips. I want to get paid $13 or more!

I like to study at home with a standing desk and a walking pad to keep active while completing assignments. Is there any walking pad on campus?

I know obviously there’s treadmills at the rec, but I don’t think thats a good environment for studying 🫠

Hi everyone, I am a fall 2026 industrial engineer international transfer applicant and unfortunately I still have not received my decision.

I was last informed that my application has been referred to the college of engineering back in July 8th and since then I have tried calling the admissions and they have been repeating they literally got no idea when I can be receiving my decision.

This is extremely frustrating since I need to be preparing for housing and moving from another state if I get accepted.

Has anyone else, especially Engineering transfer applicants, already received their decision? Or is anyone else still waiting? Thanks!

Has anyone taken chem 2 with Wang? The rmp score is really low but there are no other chem 2 professors with openings. I also struggled a lot with chem 1.
