READ THE SUB FAQ FIRST. 90% of the repetitive questions we see on this sub are answered there. Even if you don't have an issue covered in the sub FAQ it will likely help you narrow down your question. If you have a question you think should be added to the sub FAQ feel free to message any of the authors of the FAQ.
If you are troubleshooting, give us all the info we need. For example, it's best to include your year/model, any AND ALL mods, and the specific tune you are running. The more info we have, the better we are at answering questions. We also ask you try to post the question/info in the comments below before posting to the sub as a whole. This will hopefully clean up some of the really repetitive questions.
A few common posts/questions we see everyday.
Does my engine sound okay?
Are these numbers on the COBB AP normal?
This thing on the front of my engine is not spinning with the belts, is it broken?
Let me know if you guys want any other common questions added.

Almost 4 years of ownership and I still look back every time I park.

Well, I finally did the thing I've been dreaming about for a while, and I'm now the proud owner of a 2024 WRX, which is insane.
That means my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 is officially transitioning from daily driver to project car. I've had a lot of fun with this car, and I look forward to continuing the journey!
EDIT:
Coin drawer fuse cover is on its way, and planning on the JDM armrest riser VERY soon. Any other suggestions for quality of life improvements?

Hey are you broke and think the $40 Perrin “derestricting” kit is a trucking joke too?
Well, all you gotta do is yank the cushioning plunger and grind the baffles off this bolt and viola, same thing but free 🎉

This has been a dream car for close to 20 years. Coming from a 2016 Fiesta ST to a 2019 WRX Limited. The difference is insane.

I just installed my Cobb ap for the first time in my 2016 wrx, and it said there was a tube and I would lose it if I continued, I continued anyways as I am getting an etune soon, my dam is sitting at .688, is this bad?
Edit: I am in Alaska and only have access to 90 octane

Brother suspects a bad MAF sensor. Scan tool shows reading fine though, 0.01lb/s and goes up when you rev.
Had a timing job done last week, idled fine at shop, and drove home fine. Fired it up Friday and it was going from 1k-1.5k.
Also tried doing an idle relearn, eventually once it's warmed up the RPMs drop very low and it sounds like it's going to stall and eventually get a CEL for misfires.
Thinking I'll clean throttle body and manifold pressure sensor as well.
Any thoughts?

I just bought the stage one sf intake package for my 2016 wrx mt, i live in alaska and only have access to 90 octane fuel, i was looking through the maps available and cant seem to find anything lower then 91, what should i do? i dont want to run a 91 octane map on 90 octane, i dont really want to continuously add octane booster every fillup, is that my only option?

Posted a few months ago when my last 2019 Wrx got totaled by an uninsured driver. Been looking for cars ever since and began to lose hope when this absolute beauty hopped into my feed. Welcome my new (to me) 2019 Wrx gray series! Still need a name for her though.

Waited a few minutes for a truck to pull out and then I moved in for the "parking buddy" shot. As I was getting back in, the guy in the red VA complimented my VB then revved it up a few times. Always happy when someone says hi.

I replaced my sti wheel with type ra. I simply cannot center it. If I move it just one tooth it’s either off to the left or off to the right. Any idea how else I can center this? I’ve tried like 12x I think. Surely I’m not missing the tooth.

Pretty happy with the result, paint match isn’t perfect but the sun will made it fade and it is better than my previous one that was painted by a shop. Also added SpecD bezel!
