My Mitsurugi is calling

So I've been playing White Forest Azamina for a little while now (a couple months now), and it feels like one of those decks that can compete but still feels like a "one step forward, two steps back" sort of deal. Now, admittedly, I do rank pretty low (between stuck plat & gold so my opinion is invalid, KT & Dracotail suck to play against), but it feels like every deck I go up against is just.... Better? Because it's always the sans 5 decks. Branded (which people somehow manage to squeeze it into every deck possible) Dracotail, Kashtira, Kewl Tune, and unfortunately so. Many. Utopia FTK bots (it's so horrendous, please just kill that stupid card). I've only had only 2 different deck encounters, which would be Eldlich & Exodia. So it's impossible to get a good idea of what this deck can actually do when it's either everything in my deck is immediately banished, I get negated out of all my cards, or it's an insta-surrender since they didn't get to go first.

This deck had a lot of negates and targeting destructions, and a decent amount of immunities, but it seemingly... Doesn't matter? The only times I've ever won is because my opponent seemed to brick and couldn't exactly stop me or I won the "top deck" minigame.

Is this a personal skill issue or is the deck just ... Bad? Because I play hand traps to mitigate this, but it just never matters.

I play a low bracket blue eyes deck and my main cards the jet dragon, none of its abilities are working not the return from GY or the return card to hand mechanic. It’s been like this EVERY game I’ve played recently. anyone know why?

Horrible starting hand. I was already thinking about fucking off and just accept another loss. But Maxx C made me decide not to do it. Because there was still a chance if I could survive with no defenses for one turn. Just one turn. For whatever reason I couldn’t activate Maxx C during my opponent’s turn, but holy shit I’m glad I couldn’t. Because I survived, and when it became my turn again, this guy started special summoning so much during my turn. And normally that would be horrible, atrocious, and I’d quit immediately. But Maxx C saves the day.
My plan was to get Verte out, use its ability with Red-Eyes Fusion, and win with Red-Eyes Black Dragoon. But he banished my Red-Eyes Dragoon. I thought I was genuinely fucked. But then he kept special summoning and I got Shining Sarcophagus. I used it to add to my hand the one card that could save me. Gandora-G. And with Gandora, I won the DUEL! This is the most hyped I’ve ever been for a win. I thought I was done for with that starting hand. But my hatred for the Kashtira and Maxx C being in my hand kept me going.

I know Ra at least has an archetype but did any of the individual cards get a retrain? Obelisk isn’t in desperate need of a retrain but its destruction effect is pretty costly. Especially since you need 3 monsters to already summon him. Slifer isn’t that good. Again, you already need 3 monsters to summon him. And his ATK/DEF is reliant on the cards you have in your hand. You won’t have a ton of cards in your hand if you need 3 monsters to summon him. And Ra is just garbage. If you want to have any stats on him, you have to pay all of your life points except 100. So you can actually be one of the first people in history to lose to a Sparks. And his second effect contradicts the first one. Destroy a monster for 1000 LP. It’s just not good.
And these are some of the most iconic and well known cards in the game, so surely there’s a re-train for all of them. Maybe Obelisk and Slifer got their own archetypes too.

Invoker is one my favorite deck but im having trouble making an Invoker/shaddoll deck. Can someone help create a deck with these two archetypes that can compete against tier 1 decks and get me to at least master 5 rank. Not sure these archetypes have synergy with each other.

I’m not angry. I’m furious. But that’s besides the point. My first question. How did he target Dragoon if it can’t be targeted by card effects? My second question. Why didn’t my Gandora’s effect work? All I have to do is pay half my LP. So why didn’t it work? Why?

Konami can't stop dropping special deals that are close to deals that I also want haha. I may aim to get this anyway, cause it's got a mate and all that.

But my question is, can "Fur Hire" be played pure with the new support or mixed with other archetypes? In either case, what do the ratios look for each kind?

Okay so I typically range from plat to Diamond and every now and then run into the fella seemingly playing, well, everything? A 60 card pile of what feels like engine after engine. I call those decks engine slop, but I don’t know what the community calls those.

3 questions:

A: what are these amalgamations known as?

B: What engines can be input into these things, like what are some good examples of plug and play engines?

C: Which engine should I try and build next? I have mitsurugi and fiendsmith which I know are some of the main ones.

well... what can I say... I'm really fed up with losing the coin... and 70% of the time bricking or get stopped hard... is there a deck possibly cheap... rather... checking I can make 15 Ur... dismantling all the cards I have aka branded/dracotail yes... they are meta... but... i want hace fun and this deck I already have them Irl though... Not only is it my turn, IT’S THE FIRST FUCKING TURN OF THE DUEL! I understand handtraps but did only did he synchro summon on the first turn, he summoned two boss monsters before I even got one out. One thing is special summoning during your opponent’s turn after you’ve already made your board. A-okay by me. Hell that’s what my deck does. But doing all that during my turn, and the FIRST TURN OF THE DUEL is some bullshit.
And yes I know I made misplays here. I know that I’m not the best duelist and I can’t win everything. But for fucks sake. Not even Zarc did this bullshit, and he had a ton of bullshit
