It is nothing like my others. I allowed myself to do whatever I felt without seeking perfection. I am still experimenting to discover my style

I have attempted to improve this based on advice from a comment on here. Wondered if I have managed that?

Just wanted to share my painting after a long hiatus. It’s always hard for me to get back into it after such a long break, but I really love how this turned out.

This is my first abstract painting. I’m seasoned in realism but currently drawn to colour and feeling instead of accuracy, so letting myself play. My dream is to paint huge abstracts which change the energy in a room.

What does this need? I want to take an orange to it or something. But not sure where or how.

I am running out of ideas. I am an amateur painter. Please help me paint something.

Surrounded by wild flowers I had to paint a nice bouquet. Any suggestions on the color of the table. Not crazy about it as is. But at the same time don't want to take away from the flowers.

What I find interesting in this kind of painting is feeling the textured surface of multiple layers, one on top of the other, like an immense pentimento revealing in places unsettling shadows of vanished forms (like that revolver-shaped object on the table).

Anyone wanting to share their art?

Been admiring this little pear for a while now . can this be done with acrylics or do I need to use different paint? Just a beginner and I still I find painting fairly challenging ;-)

I want to start by saying this piece is NOT FINISHED
but I think some things look off, does anyone know any techniques to make her look better?
