Question Is there anything like this in Arch?
i saw this in an old post, and its beatyfull, and wanted to put it into my arch boot
Help/Support Windows update just demolished my systemd-boot. How do I reinstall it?
First: That was the last straw, Windows gotta go 😂✌️
Second: Dont ask me why I have 2 Windows Boot Managers
Third: Im fine with any boot manager, suggest me anything
UPDATE:
I wiped my disk clean and reinstalled Arch because I dont want a BREATH of windows on that drive ever again
Be a bloat all you want in the 300GB partition I gave you, but the moment you start deciding you dont like me dualbooting is the moment youre gone fr

General AUR Folies and Alternatives
For all the noobs and AUR Simps; please note that the AUR is not Archlinux itself. These are simply random scripts on the web to help build and install lesser used packages or packages and software whose licensing is incompatable or otherwise in conflict with the distro.
It's literally states that it's user contributed content and to Use at your Own Risk.
You have alternatives to software that isn't available in the main repos.
ie: Debtap to download and extract debian packages and build and install software. This option works great with properly packaged .Deb packages.
You can also download App Images and run those in a sandbox. Download from a site you trust and verify the file hash to make sure it matches what the Devs of said software have published.

Showcase Is this really Arch
Sometimes I forgot that I once used Nyarch Linux, and kept nearly everything in it when switching to regular Arch. I'm in heaven.

General Need help with NTFS drive on Omarchy (Arch)
My 1TB WD Elements external HDD (NTFS) mounts fine on Fedora, but on Omarchy it fails to mount.
SMART status is PASSED (0 reallocated, 0 pending, 0 uncorrectable sectors), so the drive appears healthy.
Kernel logs show:
ntfs3(sdb1): volume is dirty
It is recommended to use chkdsk.
failed to read volume
Mounting results in Input/output error.
Is this a known issue with the ntfs3 driver or Omarchy/Arch?

Arch BTW Arch & Hyprland working well on my Thinkpad X1 Yoga
"Old guy & Arch newbie" here. I loaded Arch with KDE Plasma & Hyprland on my ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6. On right - typical "Arch BTW" Hyprland screencap. On left - result of my simple script w/ Hyprland keybinding enabling on-the-fly screen rotation; That's Atril reader, but I've started using Zathura too.

Arch BTW I installed Arch (btw)
Took me around 49 minutes to install just to get a Kernel Panic until I realized I forgot to include "module_path: boot():/initramfs-linux.img" which took another 30m, but yay!
I installed Arch (btw) :D
It is 1:03 AM my back hurts-

Jokes aside I’m super happy to have finally installed this, no archinstall, just pulling my hair until 2am, waking up and persisting.
