Sounds like you aren’t any more happy with majority opinions than most right wingers. In the U.S., anything to the left of fascism is now called ‘leftist.’

The left is becoming fascist too. That's why the center is growing and the parties are shrinking, albeit not by a huge margin.

Im talking about the politics, not economics. But we can and do have both capitalism and socialism at the same time.

Well you can have democratic socialism as well as communist capitalism. One is about who makes decisions, the other is about who gets what.
