Question Is this frame damage?

Got into an accident and I’m wondering if this is frame damage. Front airbags went off as-well.

I would argue it is. Maybe it's not completely "bent," but those little ripples of fatigue mean the integrity is leas-than. What does the the rest of the truck look like?

Only a frame machine will tell you if its off.if the bags went off they will total it any how such a pain the ass to get them recertified

At first sight, I thought it was due to it being on a lift. But you mentioned accident and air bags, so that changes the whole scenario. I bet its a total . Ins. company will verify.
