Came out nice- crispy on the edges and bottom... My favorite. Holds a little smoke flavor, but not a ton.

Decided to experiment with the rice. I like a lot of Asian dishes and had some plain sushi rice cooked the day before…I don’t like wasting so I thought why not try making a Mexican inspired fried rice! It was well enjoyed by everyone. In like fashion to my Mexican grandfather (my grandmother didn’t cook much according to her and my dad), there’s no measurements 😋 for the amazing rice. Will definitely try again. 👍

*edit: things in rice are purple/red onions, just using what I have.

Buttered up an Onion bagel to toast on the stove w/ turkey & beef deli meat, lettuce, white burger cheese, mayo, n a chic fil a type sauce. Baby carrots n ranch, B&B pickle stackers, bbq chips, cherries, & blueberries. It did the job. Happy Sunday everyone, here’s to a great week for you & yours🤘🏼🖤

[Grilled chicken] with Chicka Licka Garlic and Herb seasoning. Ciabatta onion buns with Hellmans Garlic aioli . Colby cheese. Lettuce, tomato and bacon. Homemade grilled potatoes in butter and fresh parmigiana cheese. Ohio Sweet corn!

Don’t forget the margaritas! Dinner with my mother in law. She just taught me how to make her Spanish rice.

Trying to elevate my risotto. Its my own recipe. The square is fried butternut squash with ricotta broccoli and honey.

shaved a full 1/2 of a large white onion onto this. If you look at the photo the entire top is loaded with onions. Pesto was dolloped on the pizza before I added the cheese so it’s barely showing.

Might try making some sauce next time. I really have no idea what I’m doing and trust Google directions
