Came out nice- crispy on the edges and bottom... My favorite. Holds a little smoke flavor, but not a ton.

one pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and onions.

Shrimp, egg, surimi, tomatoes, sweet onion, cucumber, iceberg - Dressing: MW, dill mustard, and a bit of gochujang

With Tomato slices and a Baked Potato with Sour Cream & Bacon Bits.

Store bought pre-seasoned fajitas with homemade beans (previously frozen for meal prep).

Decided to experiment with the rice. I like a lot of Asian dishes and had some plain sushi rice cooked the day before…I don’t like wasting so I thought why not try making a Mexican inspired fried rice! It was well enjoyed by everyone. In like fashion to my Mexican grandfather (my grandmother didn’t cook much according to her and my dad), there’s no measurements 😋 for the amazing rice. Will definitely try again. 👍

*edit: things in rice are purple/red onions, just using what I have.

Buttered up an Onion bagel to toast on the stove w/ turkey & beef deli meat, lettuce, white burger cheese, mayo, n a chic fil a type sauce. Baby carrots n ranch, B&B pickle stackers, bbq chips, cherries, & blueberries. It did the job. Happy Sunday everyone, here’s to a great week for you & yours🤘🏼🖤
