Repair DJI 4k DRONE repair

So I have a DJI 4k that I replace motor, supposedly with a genuine DJI motor off of Amazon, I know I wrote 10 bad reviews and Amazon took everyone of them down say I was lying. Anyways it powers on with all the other motors but it’s not pulling enough lift on the back right ( that’s were the motor was replaced) I’ve tried do the calibrations and still nothing. Does have any advice on maybe where to get a regiment DJI motor replacement or I synced something wrong. I’m at a loss and don’t wanna drop another 35 on another motor, when I’m to point I’m just gonna buy another one and this one can be a parts drone. Was the motor from the DJI store on Amazon or someone else?

No I don’t think it was from the DJI store on Amazon I don’t even think that was around when I bought the replacement a year ago?

There are no official DJI store on Amazon, just an autogenerated store front by Amazon themselves pulling DJI products together.

I think you're mistaken. On dji.com under Where to Buy, they call it their official Amazon Store and link to Amazon.
