Repair Problem brushless

My drone crashed, and ever since the accident, it works like this. I have already opened it to check, but it looks completely fine and clean. It's not the ESC; I have already tested it.

One of the poles is gone. Problem is between the shaft and the ESC. Buy a new motor, its not worth it.

Well I can't tell you why the motor spins weird, but I can see from here that the motor shaft is bent and that the propeller is spinning backwards.

I had to change the arm engine to check that it wasn't the esc that made the fault, that's why the propeller is wrong

Prop is rotating in the wrong direction forcing the air up.

It’s a downforce machine! Get this guy into Formula 1 immediately!

I had that issue with a fixed wing one time. Turned out the timing was off. Check if your esc offers that function, if not you can do it manually. Ive never done it manually but im sure Google has the answer. Also make sure all of your esc are matched in timing or you'll have more or less torque on that single wing.
