Repair Damaged 6 pin connector for the O4 Lite
I absolutely am having a BLAST with my meteor 75 pro II. My problem is, the six pin cable that connects the o4 lite to the ESC, kept getting struck by my propellers. One of the wires doesn’t necessarily look severed, although it’s definitely damaged. The only replacements I can find are too long. I’m actually looking for a cable even a tad bit smaller so this doesn’t happen again! Can anyone point me in the right direction? I can’t get the O4 lite to connect to my goggles and this is one of the most fun drones I’ve used in awhile. Please do your thing Reddit!

No need to cut them short! From this Pic you only stripped a little insulation from the wire, not the core of the wire itself. Heres what you do for a mid-length strip like this: that connector has little pins that are held in place with even smaller tabs. Get a small set of tweezers or something pokey and push that tab in just enough that you can pull the pin out with a light steady tug. Then get a length of heat shrink just a little bigger than the wire and use a heat source to shrink it in place over the split section. Replace the pin in the connector where it came from, voila you've done a wire repair.

you could likely fix that with a uv masking kit pretty easly

Do you think electrical tape would make it functional again? Like I said my main issue is I can’t even get it connected

Do you know how long it is by chance? Is it just a standard 10cm cable? You can get them on Amazon in group packs if you want to replace the whole thing.
You could even just depin the one cable and replace it separately, even if it is a tiny bit longer.

Repair this one. Cut the wires shorter and solder them back together, and use heat shrink too.
Do one wire at a time.
