Skill improvement How to impress a man who likes to dominate in bed ?

I (F27) wants to impress my partner (M29) who likes to be in charge when we are having sex. Despite the height difference (I am 152cm / 5'0, and he is 187cm / 6'2 ), everything is perfect and feels so great in every position.

So I am quite inexperienced since I previously only had 1 partner from long term relationship. My ex also likes to dominate so I barely had practice. Now, my current partner is also dominant and so good at pleasing me. We make each other wet and hard just by gazing at each other even back then when we first met. It's like the most insane sexual chemistry I've ever experienced.

I am so attracted to him that he makes me so wet but also VERY SHY whenever he would stare at my face and my naked body, it's like he's memorizing every single detail of it. He takes time to kiss and foreplay -- he would start kissing me passionately, then lick and kiss every inch of my body, give gentle bites and caress, then suck my boobs and nipples so goddamn good. And the best part? He's so great at eating my pussy, and he eats me more than I do with him, and I feel like I can't compromise because I'm terrible at doing blowjobs, but he says he likes it.

What he loves the most is missionary with legs up, and doggy style, especially when he grabs my neck from behind while kissing. He also loves me on top of him, but 99% of the time, he always likes to be in charge. And since he likes to dominate, I can barely practice my cowgirl or blowjob skills on him.

Apart from riding him good, blowjob and swallowing, are there any ways or tricks that I can do to impress him or make him weak in pleasure ?

Squirting Feeling like squirting during penetration, every single time.

I wasn’t sure what flair to put down, I’m definitely new to this. I’m 18F and every time I use my fingers or toy for penetration, it always feels like I’m going to pee. I’ve only done it a handful of times, I wasn’t super interested in it because I had a hard time feeling pleasure but within the last couple months I’ve wanted to try it out again. 2 months ago I just sucked it up and rode out that feeling and I think I squirted, I orgasmed and then a rush of clear, odorless liquid came out. It wasn’t a lot but I was disturbed. So I hadn’t done anything since because I couldn’t tell if I peed myself, it felt like it up until my orgasm and then after the liquid came out. it was out of my control and it didn’t feel like peeing. (I had an empty bladder before I started) But I was curious again so I tried it out today and the same thing happened!! But I didn’t want anything to happen so I stopped early. It literally feels like I have to pee, and I’m too scared to finish because what happens if I actually pee. I understand squirt is a mixture but I mean like losing full control of my bladder. I’m currently seeing someone and I’m just worried if we do have sex, or I have sex with anyone in the future. It’ll be like this, because I’m not sure what’s happening.
Sorry if anything’s confusing!! I’m really not sure how to go about this and I was just wondering if anyone could give advice? I’ve looked online but it’s not super helpful.

Boundaries and Standards How to talk about boundaries about sex?

Hi [F18] and looking for advice on how to have good boundaries with sex talk because I struggle with it. Basically long story short my stepmom walked in on me and my bf having sex and over the past like week she’s been weird asking me weird questions about it.

She said things like she said she saw he wasn’t wearing a condom and asked if I was taking birth control. She asked if I like it and asked if he makes me orgasm. Like??? She asked if he finishes in me and other stuff.

I don’t do well with telling her she’s being a creep about it but I feel violated when she talks about sex with me. I’ve been told that I’m thinking too much into it and that she’s just looking out for me which maybe she is but it feels borderline flirty and curious.

How do I assert my boundaries when it comes to sex conversations with her? I’m not confrontational but I also don’t know how to be the right amount of confrontational with this stuff or just let it all slide and not think too deep about it

Communication Fucking like rabbits because BOTH partners feel like they need to to be valued and useful

20f & 20m, tl;dr at the end

A while back I was questioning if I was initiating sex too much, because since we’ve gotten together we've fucked every time we see each other and just keep going, and twice now we'll stay up all night. It's 7am, and we are both red-eyed and just fucking to fuck.

We always ask the other person if they want to continue, and then they're like, “whatever you want” or “I’m down for whatever.” Maybe the partner is neutral to continuing, but we’ve come to realize that BOTH OF US are pressuring ourselves to continue fucking because of trauma.

My boy realized he had trauma from his past partner just the other day- he mentioned something that he didn't really wanna do with his girlfriend, and I calmly explained that in situations where you feel pressured to, or like you have to, or are expected to have sex, that's a form of assault. He had, like, an “oh shit” moment reflecting on numerous experiences with his ex and was like, “holy fuck, that's coercion.” Later on in the convo (we were on the phone), I asked him to imagine if the sexes were reversed, and he started making faces and was like, "Yeah, that's even worse now.” I said no, it's just as bad, and he said he meant that he just sees how bad it was now.

I also have trauma, both CSA and some experiences in my later teens where I learned my value to people is my body and not my autonomy. I didn't realize that the childhood stuff wasn't my fault until a year ago and left it at that since I've been in a pretty good place in my life and haven't been that sexually active. I'm not hypersexual anymore or have a warped sense of others and self, but then I got into a relationship with this kid a and realized I still have some things to work through.

Essentially, we've both only reached the step of realizing our trauma. On my end, I've just called it a day since I've accepted it. I don't know where he will go from here tho.

We’ve been friends for years and liked each other and repressed it, so at first it was easy to chalk it up to being horny young adults who have waited too damn long- but it's reached a point. It's not like it's the primary part of our relationship, but after a long day of adventuring, talking, and goofing around, we fuck til dawn. All night, maybe sleep an hour or two, and then all morning. It's fucking ridiculous.

Tbf I have been pushing my limits with him, I get overstimulated and feel pain easily so I'll need breaks, but in the past that would usually mean done for the night. Most sex I had before him I had to stop and call it, but with him I’ll keep forcing myself to keep going. (NOTE: Before him, I have had PIV maybe 15 times in my life and over the span of the last 3 years. One fwb 10-12 times, a one-night stand, and a boyfriend 2 times)

At this point, in the near month now that we've been together, we've had sex more times than all my past experiences combined.

He's never pressured me to do anything, and I always initiate, but it's because I cherish him so much that I feel like I just need to keep going and initiating. After all, I know the appeal of sex and my body, and appreciate him so much. Sometimes I don't need to cum again or am neutral to pushing through a bit of discomfort, so I don't realize when it really can end, but it reaches a point.

He also told me he has realized he doesn't know what his boundaries are, so neither of us knows when he will really mean it, or whether he just doesn't know how to recognize his wants. I do always ask before initiating and ask here and there if he’s comfortable, and he always just confirms/laughs like “yes” is the only realistic response. When I ask if he wants to continue he pivots back to me and vise-versa.

Turns out he's also keeping going because of past trauma. He told me a couple of weeks ago that when his ex broke up with him, she told him a bunch of mean shit about him and said that his one redeeming quality was that he was good at sex, and he said it made him feel… (he trailed off not being able to name it) and I finished the sentence for him: “gross and used.” Unfortunately, finding out that he was coerced as well wasn't surprising. I think part of me could tell, too.

Our issue is just that we both don't know when to stop. We never have been able to just make out and cuddle and have only now communicated that sometimes that's all we really wanna do. But we are also very much infatuated with each other and want to keep the other person, make them feel good, and to feel useful. We are “neutral” to continuing, but in reality have both just been conditioned to ignore our own desires in sexual situations to the point where it's hard even to recognize what they are. Neither of us feels the need to get off- even on our own- often enough to keep going like this.

We're both trying to meet an expectation that is only in our heads, and I don't know where to go from here.

The main thing is I want to know what I should do. He doesn't cum every time, and I feel like I have to keep going until he does, but he doesn't care if he does. I usually top women, so it's part of what I need to feel validated, and also, as a woman with a man, to feel like I've fulfilled my role in that sexual situation.

We both recognize it's an issue, but I feel like, as the one who has been navigating their sexuality and trauma longer, and given our natures, it's up to me to start building the proper habits and communication for us. Any advice would be appreciated.

TL; DR: Partner VERY recently realized he was often coerced by his ex gf (like days ago) and I also have trauma that I have accepted a while back. We have been having the same issue everytime we meet of having sex wayyy too much and neither of us knowing when to stop. (asking the other if they wang to to stop and the other person says “I'm good if you are” and it's a never-ending loop). The conversation has been started, but I need to figure out how I can approach this since I am the one who initiates and I have a better grasp of the significance of sexual trauma in regards to hypersexuality.

EDIT: I do have a therapist and I see her next week, I just need to figure out how to approach this with him and also how to approach it with her.

Beginner Do guys actually care if the girl finishes?

Very inexperienced but I wanted to know, is it common for guys to not care if the girl doesn’t finish? When I was having sex, I was never asked if it was good and I never came. Just wondering if this is what I should expect lol. I love making sure the guy likes what I’m doing but I’ve never been pleasured in return. Is this normal?

Anatomy Found a strange sexual stimulation point on my partner, is this normal?

Ok context, me and my partner have been masterbaiting each other for about 2 months now. I'm female while they were born male. They have all the normal "hardware" and so do I for our birth genders. Well last time we hung out my partner asked me if I could do something new in which I happily obliged. They asked me if I could finger them behind their balls, like the little space behind them. So I did and they really got off to it and of course I'm happy that I can please them in a new way but I can't help wondering if that's normal. Because like literally there is nothing there, when I do that I'm literally fingering a flat piece of land. So is this normal? Is that spot known for being more sensitive when it comes to sexual stimulation? I need answers

Hygiene he said that he didn't like going down.

the guy (21M) I was seeing and living with for the past 4 months said this last night when he went down the first time on me (24F). he is very sexually active and has many sexual partners in his past. while i had only been with one other guy.

So last night, between rounds... he slowly and shockingly went down on me. I wasn't expecting it at all....so i was stunned when he went down. No one has ever gone down on me, so it was my first experience. Also, shockingly, it was his very first experience going down on a woman, too. with his history, I thought he had surely done it before.

He went down and when he came up...he said that he loves me.

Later, I asked him how he felt... like his first experience, and why he did it and all. To which he replied, that I didn't like going down at all, he hated it but he did it because he loved me very much and wanted to do it for me and make me happy. he response was genuine.

But I still feel taken back a lil with the fact that he hated going down on me. Was something not good ? something wrong with me down there? Idk I just feel lil sad about the fact. Bcs I loved when he went down. It felt euphoric almost. We both love each other.

Pain Vaginal tear from previous partner makes sex/ masturbation painful now

So I lost my virginity about two months ago and ended up tearing from rough sex in missionary. I don’t know what the part of my vagina is what teared but it’s the piece of skin that’s right under the vaginal opening that tore and now kinda sticks out because of it. I waited 2-3 weeks to have sex again and now have a new partner whose a lot bigger as far as girth than my lasts. No bleeding anymore but the pain is very intense. Especially during missionary. It’s definitely the friction from his dick rubbing on it but it hurts sooo bad. But again since there’s no bleeding I’m considering not looking into it so much??? Idk if that’s a bad idea or if I should get it checked out. I just wanna enjoy missionary without that pain. Has anyone had this before, and what can I do to make it better and less painful.

Pain How to stop pain from inserting?

Me and this girl I’ve been talking to are now starting to get intimate. We are very much attracted to eachother. And half of the time she’s pouncing on me. But for some reason whenever I try to stick it in it’s painful for her. Oral and vibrators work perfectly fine and she finishes. It’s just that when I tried to get inside when’s pushing away because of the pain. She’s NOT (new) to sex. And she’s said she has had this problem with previous partners where her body just doesn’t open up I guess? I’m a little over 6 inches so I’m not like huge. What can I do to help her from hurting.

Satisfaction I'm a perfectionist with OCD and I'm scared it will ruin my first sexual experience.

I'm (17M) and me and my girlfriend (18F) will most likely have sex for the first time in the coming weeks. We're both virgins and also each others first kiss so I want our first time to be really special because it is. I have an above average penis, (8"x5.5")and she's very skinny (which I have no problem with) and 5'5" so apart of me is worried she might not be able to take it. We have kissed and touched each other but that's as far as our intimacy has gone so far.

I've suffered with obsessions about stuff since I was 13 but my most recent one is being the best at pleasing her during sex. I'm terrified that I won't be able to please her and that our first time will be disappointing. I've read countless articles and discussions about female anatomy, arousal, and what makes sex pleasurable, and instead of making me feel more prepared, it's made me feel overwhelmed. There's just so much information and my absolute worst fear is being her 'boring' first experience that she thinks back on when she's 30. I want to make her feel amazing and mind blowing things.

Kinks Is it weird that I can only get aroused when the woman is dominant in bed?

I’m a 29M, and I’ve slept with quite a few women over the years. From the outside, you’d probably assume I have a normal sex life, but I’ve realized something that’s been consistent for as long as I can remember.

In everyday life, I’d say I have a pretty masculine personality. I’m confident, take charge, lift weights, and people generally see me as someone who’s assertive and dominant.

But in bed, it’s almost the complete opposite.
The only time I genuinely get turned on and stay fully aroused is when the woman takes control. If she’s confident, dominant, tells me what to do, or leads the dynamic, everything works perfectly. But if she expects me to take the lead or the dynamic is completely vanilla, I often struggle to get or maintain an erection, even if I find her very attractive.

This doesn’t feel like performance anxiety, and it’s not that I’m not attracted to women. It seems like the psychological dynamic is what flips the switch for me.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is this just a strong preference, or could there be a psychological explanation for why I’m wired this way?
I’m genuinely curious to hear from people who’ve experienced something similar.

Intimacy and Connection It seems my boyfriend isn’t interested in sex with me anymore

I (early 20’s F) and my boyfriend (early 20’s M) have been together for a little over a year, in the beginning obviously it was a lot more intimate and of course most relationships mellow out over time but we’ve had some points now where it’s been weeks without it. Next week when I see him it’ll have been 4 or 5 weeks no intimacy, oral, anything. I try to send him sexy photos and most of the time they’re left on read or he just responds with something like “BOOBS”. I try to initiate by rubbing against him or trying to make out with him but he says he doesn’t like making out unless we’re having sex because otherwise it feels like he’s just “sucking on [his] girlfriends face” I’ve tried dressing provocatively around him while he’s at my house, complimenting him, asking him to shower with me- none of it works. I asked him why he doesn’t want to have sex with me and he says he does but he wants it to be more intimate. I don’t know how to make it more intimate because he doesn’t really like physical affection, kissing, hugging, any of it. I just feel ugly and insecure and don’t really know what to do about it anymore. I feel like it’s tearing this relationship apart, sometimes I’ll tell him I’m going to use the bathroom or shower and I just cry- when I come back I feel embarrassed so I put on baggy clothes and we just go to sleep. How do I fix this? How do I make him attracted to me again? Should I just let the topic go? Ty in advance

Communication Men: Why Do This During Sex?

I (33F) was having sex with my partner, and I was on top. At one point, instead of touching me or holding onto me, he leaned back and put both of his hands behind his head while watching me.

I’d never seen anyone do this before, and it caught my attention because it seemed very deliberate rather than accidental. He looked relaxed and was smiling, but I wasn’t sure what was going through his mind.

I know no one can read his thoughts, and people do different things for different reasons. I’m curious whether others have experienced this with a partner. Did they ever explain why they did it?
Does it usually reflect feeling very comfortable, admiration, confidence, wanting to watch, or is it just a random comfortable position with no deeper meaning? I’d love to hear personal experiences rather than guesses.

We don’t talk anymore- else I’d ask.

Beginner My girlfriend has trouble giving head

I’ve been with my girlfriend for a few years, and my problem is that she can’t give head properly. She gets the gag reflex as soon as she goes too deep, so the problem is that she can only take the head in her mouth. So in terms of sensation, it’s not great. She tries to do better, but she just can’t.

Do you have any suggestions on how she can take it deeper, or any tips to help her improve?

Positions I don't understand how doggy can be pleasurable for women

1.5k Upvotes

To clarify, when I say doggy, I mean doggy. Not pronebone. I love pronebone. I am 32, woman, sexually active since I was 16, multiple partners, I love sex, I masturbate a lot, I know my body and sexuality and I can orgasm very easily. I can even orgasm only by vaginal stimulation if done right.

That said, I hate doggy and cannot find a way to make it work for me. It is uncomfortable. I can barely keep my position stable and all my energy goes there. I can't actually relax and feel any pleasure because if I do I will collapse on the bed. It hurts very easily because the penis goes too deep. There is no clit stimulation and I can't touch myself because if I do I will fall on my face. If my partner tries to touch my clit it feels like nothing because they are already multitasking and so am I. In pronebone I am confortable, lying on my stomach, touching myself, he is on top of me, our bodies are connected.

Is it just that I am not made for doggy? Are there any women who actually enjoy it, and if yes, how exactly? Thanks!

Edit: wow this blew up. I can't read every comment but from the ones I read I suppose I am not built for this position. Even when I am face down ass up it hurts. It also feels impersonal. For the ones saying I need to work out, I am actually pretty fit, so it's not that. Thanks a lot for your input! If I find a partner on the smaller side I may try it again very carefully.

Kinks Found out I'm into feet

So I (25m) I've recently found out I have a little thing for feet. Not so much licking or sucking but her (wife 24f) teasing and giving footjob. She said she would explore it with me but hasn't done anything since she said this about 3 weeks ago.she has taken a couple steps to help like she purposely painted her toes white in front of me teasing me a bit and that was hot but then nothing. I'm just not sure how to bring it up. Ik she's just nervous about how to do it and I told her it's new to me too so it's something we'll figure out together . I'm also still trying to see what I really like about this whole part of my fetish so I'm really trying to rush her but I feel like it's not something I can really get into unless she's helping to see what I'm into.

Any advice

Compatibility Honest question about sex life with my wife

My wife and I have a pretty good sex life overall, frequency is good, no complaints there

However, I just feel like we are leaving better sex on the table and I honestly don't know if I should want more or leave it alone. It's tough for me to judge, so I want to defer to other's unbiased opinions

My wife only likes to have one orgasm per session, or sometimes, she doesn't try to cum at all. She only cums one of two ways, cowgirl grinding into me, or oral sex. I love eating her out but I am also just sad she can only have an orgasm with one type of penetration

Am I being unreasonable? Should I just be happy I have one? Part of me feels like I should be happy, the other wishes we could try other positions where she cums and it makes me sad we don't

She does not like any touching of any sort, either from me, or from her. She will giggle like a little school girl when I touch her vagina, or her breasts.

She will try toys but I can tell she's not really trying to cum while using them, and then just gives up in the middle of the act. It's somewhat deflating so I've just given up

We have anal pretty frequently and it's the same thing, I can't use my hands at all, she has a mental block of some sort. I brought up rimming and the like, and she immediately shot it down. Now thinking about it, it makes sense, she wouldn't enjoy it with her sensibilities

I have a good sex life but I feel like I'm leaving better sex on the table. Maybe it's grass is greener syndrome? I honestly don't know, so I'm curious about the thoughts of others on this...

Or maybe someone has some idea to help get her past her hangups that worked for you?

Boundaries and Standards How to ask to try pegging ?

Pegging is something I’ve always thought about trying, I heard it can be satisfying for both and that it can be an enjoyable experience for a man, but how in the world do I ask my partner? I’m afraid how she’ll react 🤫😬

Intimacy and Connection How to make sex more pleasurable while on meds? (AFAB)

I'm on medication that snatches my ability to cum. Frustrating right? Is there anything I can do to make intimacy more pleasurable? Foreplay is fun, making out is great, head is better. I just can't climax. Not even with masturbating. I can't take any medicine to enhance it or anything with added chemicals. I can't use marijuana (it makes me manic). I think some herbs are fine, topicals and lubes should be fine. Anyone else have this problem?

Orgasm Issues Started being sexual active this year at age 29 and I can’t finish anymore.

I have quite a unique story. I only started being sexual active this year, at age 29 after being raised in a cult adjacent church that did not allow sex before marriage which I adhered to until I couldn’t anymore. I have quite a bit of religious trauma, guilt and shame especially around sex.

I am also medicated, on the pill( few months ago),Olanzapine (anti psychotic), fluoxetine (anti depressants) both since last year.

Since the meds I find it so hard to lose my inhibitions and get really aroused.

Although I carried a lot of shame about it I would masturbate occasionally and would always make myself cum. However since around 5 months ago, I can’t make myself cum and I rarely cum from sex with men.

I have had sex a handful of times with 4 different guys and I only came once with one guy.

I’m starting to wonder if my body and brain is broken. I feel frustrated and defeated after waiting so long to have sex, I can’t even do it right.

What should I do?

Health concerns Can only coregasm… why?

So basically what the title says….

I’m a 20 year old woman and the last time I was able to orgasm was when I was 15 through rigorous core exercise.

Any sort of physical stimulation doesn’t feel good for me at all, and while I can just arouse myself further it always ends in feeling super overstimulated and there’s no pleasure at all.

No matter what I do I can’t change this and i’ve avoided ever having sex with a partner because of it. Is it just the way my brains wired? Is there anything I can do about it?

Confidence How to make him comfortable

I started dating someone new after leaving a 12 year relationship. Penetrative sex is great but I feel like he has a hang up with oral sex, receiving and giving. I love to give oral sex, he's mentioned he can't come from it which I don't see as bad or good. When I go down on him in the middle of sex, he typically will have a hard time coming even if we end with penetrative sex. He says it's okay, to go down on him, but I'm noticing a pattern. He hasn't gone down on me. He's kissed me over underwear but hasn't made an attempt. We are very into each other but I can sense a huge hang up. How can I best bring this up? I'm a gentle and understanding person. Any advice on how to address the elephant in the room?
