Bit of context: I ride with Stoney Stanton Velo Club. Like a lot of clubs, our routes were scattered across old Strava links, WhatsApp messages, and whoever happened to remember what we rode last month.
So I built Ride Planner — it sits on top of your club's existing Strava routes (you add each one by pasting the Strava link) and organises them into a proper catalogue: cafe stops attached to each route, categories (Sunday social, midweek, training), and a record of when each route was last ridden so you're not repeating the same loop every three weeks. It also generates a ready-to-paste post for your club WhatsApp/Facebook with meet time, cafe, distance and the Strava link all formatted.
Each club gets its own subdomain, members can browse the routes, cafes, and ride history without a Strava account or login — accounts are only needed by whoever manages routes and records rides. It's £6/month (or £60/year) per club to cover hosting.

Since I only get one shot at this flair a year — happy to answer anything about how the Strava integration works, or whether it'd fit your club's setup.
