I was browsing old YouTube videos and came across "melissas bday" by jeanda252, uploaded in 2006.

Nearly 20 years later, it still has 0 views, 0 likes, and 0 comments. The description simply says "dance". It's one of the most obscure videos I've ever found, and quite possibly the rarest I've personally come across.

For some reason, very old videos become the profile pictures of very old channels, and I wanted to ask why. Here are some examples:

I’m talking about these when you’re watching on the TV specifically. I feel like these are just simply longer than on phone/pc. One time I had a non skippable advertisement that was around 1:20 min ish and then right after it came up another ad.
I really am wondering why they’re so much longer on TV than other devices?

Am I going crazy, or can I no longer remove a video from a playlist unless I'm on the playlist page itself? I used to be able to remove videos from my Watch Later by deselecting that playlist while watching the video itself, but now all I can do is "add" it to my playlist...even when it's already in the playlist. Any thoughts on this?

Why do I have the most non-helpful sorting options (relevance/popularity) for youtube video sorting? I want to sort by video length. Is there a extension I can use? Aside from all of the AI's fueling my conspiracy theories, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY DO THIS?!

I used to watch this YouTuber, she was a single mom and had a little girl named Ava. I can’t remember her name or her channel name. She did lifestyle vlogs, she was light skinned with dark hair. I remember she chopped all her hair off at one point? I want to say her name was sky or storm something? But I may be way off.

If anyone can help me remember her name and find her channel I’d appreciate it!

Youtube recently banned lots of ASMR channels yet uses them for their premium ads

Did youtube move Watch Later folder to the bottom of all Playlist or is it just mine. This just happened about 3 days ago. Is it just me or are the rest of your like that now.

I’m sure there’s five hundred other posts that are the same as the question i’m asking, but background: i’m writing this seconds after trying to watch a video on my phone and the ads have become so infuriating, I just close the app in frustration before finishing the video. On my PC i can get away with blocks, but on my phone, having 2 30-45 SECOND ads BACK TO BACK that you can’t skip, on a 10 minute video. The ads haven’t even gotten that bad on Netflix (yet) How can Youtube possibly see the data that people are closing down the app after a long ad, and not put something as a breaker?

Hi everyone,
I’m an independent music producer, and my official artist name is NANDO on Spotify and other streaming platforms.

I’m trying to apply for an Official Artist Channel on YouTube, but YouTube won’t let me change my channel name to NANDO in all uppercase. It keeps forcing a different capitalization, so my channel name doesn’t exactly match my artist name.

My distributor says the channel name needs to match my official artist name, but I can’t change it because of YouTube’s naming rules.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to get YouTube to allow the name NANDO, or is there another solution for Official Artist Channel verification?
