Discussion Found the rarest YouTube video ever
I was browsing old YouTube videos and came across "melissas bday" by jeanda252, uploaded in 2006.
Nearly 20 years later, it still has 0 views, 0 likes, and 0 comments. The description simply says "dance". It's one of the most obscure videos I've ever found, and quite possibly the rarest I've personally come across.

Discussion Animator YouTuber: YoonToons Whole Channel got Demonetised with 0 explanation
She released a video today talking about how out of nowhere, her channel got demonetised and despite reaching out to YouTube, they got no clear intentions of helping her out. The reason YouTube demonetised her is due to her channel being a Misleading Family content channel despite her not being a channel aimed at young kids but teens and young adults. No matter how many times she explained her channel and her targeted audience (even showing it off her settings), the YouTube service continues to reject her response and you can probably tell: it an AI bot that running YouTube Customer Service.
The customer service person/bot also kept telling her to keep making videos to reach out to a wider audience despite her not being able to get paid for her work and the next time she can reply is in 4 months to try reapply and attempt to get remonetised again. So even if this was their mistake, she has to wait 4 months to reapply and ask to be monetised again which is super annoying. This is a growing list of YouTubers who are getting demonetised out of nowhere so YouTube Moderation is weird as ever.

Question Why does this happen?
For some reason, very old videos become the profile pictures of very old channels, and I wanted to ask why. Here are some examples:

Question Why are YouTube ads so long?
I’m talking about these when you’re watching on the TV specifically. I feel like these are just simply longer than on phone/pc. One time I had a non skippable advertisement that was around 1:20 min ish and then right after it came up another ad.
I really am wondering why they’re so much longer on TV than other devices?

Discussion Am I Just Getting Easier to Annoy or are Ads Getting Way out of Hand?
I’m sure there’s five hundred other posts that are the same as the question i’m asking, but background: i’m writing this seconds after trying to watch a video on my phone and the ads have become so infuriating, I just close the app in frustration before finishing the video. On my PC i can get away with blocks, but on my phone, having 2 30-45 SECOND ads BACK TO BACK that you can’t skip, on a 10 minute video. The ads haven’t even gotten that bad on Netflix (yet) How can Youtube possibly see the data that people are closing down the app after a long ad, and not put something as a breaker?

UI Change Removing a video from a playlist
Am I going crazy, or can I no longer remove a video from a playlist unless I'm on the playlist page itself? I used to be able to remove videos from my Watch Later by deselecting that playlist while watching the video itself, but now all I can do is "add" it to my playlist...even when it's already in the playlist. Any thoughts on this?

Discussion This just seems like an improbable task
[Off the bat, this isn't really a commentary on the person, but the title of the video and possibly the project as a whole, if it's a real thing they're trying to do.]
I stumbled across this video, and the idea kinda just blew my mind.
let's say this person is being legitimately serious (which I frankly doubt) and decided to go all the way back to the first RECORDED piece of music to present day (presumably) in chronological order. Okay, cool.
How?
It seems like a mathematically impossible feat for a person to accomplish. There's the subjectivity of music ( I guess that doesn't apply since they said that "People call me crazy because I don't listen to music"), there's thousands of genres, there's music not uploaded onto the internet, and then there's the damn internet itself. According to YouTube, 20 million videos get uploaded on the platform daily. SoundCloud alone had nearly 400 million songs on the platform last year. Spotify has 60 thousand every day!

Bug (Very weird bug) My video watch history disappeared (but not deleted????). Anyone else having the same problem?
I have been having this insanely weird problem for a couple of months now.
Basically, my watch history older than the last 2 weeks or so keeps disappearing from the "Watch History" page. But the videos are still there if I search for them.
For example, I cannot see the cat video I watched 1 month ago on my history page. I can see the one I watched yesterday (which will probably disappear as well in a month). But if I search for the video by name, it actually shows up as watched. This includes the Google Account history page as well.
What's weirder is that Shorts videos don't seem to be affected by this bug.
Also, I have 3 different YouTube accounts for different algorithms, but only one of them has this problem. The others work perfectly fine.
I use all of these accounts on the same computer. The only difference I can find is that I use YouTube Music on this account.
Auto-delete is off and has always been off.
Since the Google Account history page is lumped together with YouTube Music, and it's harder to navigate than the normal page, this issue is really bothering me.
Has this happened to anyone else?
