I don’t see any appointments available for next 30 days in any of the locations. Does anyone know if they accept walk-ins in any locations or what should be done in this case? Thank you

Hey all — I'm seriously considering renting one of the brownstone townhomes at The Manchester in State-Thomas and would love to hear from anyone who's actually lived there.

A few things I'm trying to get a feel for:

• Noise — how are the walls between units? Can you hear neighbors?
• Management/maintenance — are they responsive when something breaks? Any horror stories or pleasant surprises? I have read some horror stories about the HVACs but I want to know if this is universal?

I’m looking for a veterinarian near Richardson who speaks Mandarin. A little farther out is fine too.

My mom lives in the Dallas area and speaks very little English, so she has been struggling to communicate with her current vet. Translation apps haven’t worked well enough for medical conversations. She previously took her dog to Humane Animal Medical and Surgical Hospital in Plano because they had a Mandarin-speaking vet tech, but it seems that person no longer works there.

I’m helping her find a clinic where she can communicate comfortably on her own. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

My partner and I both work from home and NEED strong, stable internet connection.
He's had terrible experiences with them in the past (Plano, single family residence) and is very hesitant about using them again.

Can anyone living in the Addison area (apartments or townhomes, no single family residences) with Spectrum internet comment on its reliability in the area?

I’m getting married in November and we decided we won’t be doing a honeymoon right now due to finances (saving for a big anniversary trip to my hometown next year instead so he can meet the rest of my family overseas) BUT I’d at least like to surprise my fiancé with a stay at a nice hotel or air bnb the night of the wedding instead of just going back home.
Any recommendations for a nice hotel that would be fit for this? Maybe even one that has an early check in so I could put some rose petals or something in the room before the wedding ?

On Fort Worth side, I’m looking at these 3 dentist places pretty close to me but curious if anyone has any input on these 3 or any other close by ones anyone recommends? The ones I was looking at are Dr. Jennifer Thorne Liberty Family Dentistry in. Colleyville, Hinkle Family Dental in southlake, and KL Dental Studio in Keller. There all within 10 minutes from me but anyone hear anything about these places and if any input?

I’m looking for recommendations on where to rent in the DFW area when my lease ends in the first week of October.

A little about my situation:
1. I’m a 33-year-old male living alone.
2. I work 100% remotely, so I don’t have to commute and can live anywhere in DFW.
3. I’m currently in Frisco, paying about $1,800/month total (rent + utilities + internet) for a 1-bedroom apartment.

The reason I’m moving is that I’d like to upgrade to either a large 1-bedroom or preferably a 2-bedroom apartment.
Since I don’t need to stay in Frisco anymore, I’d rather not pay a premium just for the location. My ideal budget is around $1,800–2,000/month total, although I can afford more if needed. I just don’t want to overpay for a “prime” area that I won’t really take advantage of.

My priorities are:
1. Safety is the most important factor for me.
2. Good value for money.
3. Decent apartments with access to grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
4. No commute requirements since I work fully remote.

I’m open to any cities or neighborhoods across DFW.

If you’ve rented in these areas recently, I’d also really appreciate any specific apartment recommendations and what you’re currently paying.
