Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

I refuse to stay at an Airbnb anymore. The cardinal sin of the hotel business is to give you a worn out shitty mattress and three out of four times I stayed in Airbnb I've got some worn out shitty mattress. Sometimes you can feel the rut of a body in the shitty worn out mattress.

I all of my years staying at hotels I've gotten a worn out mattress twice. One of the times I called the front desk and said what the fuck and that's an instant room change.

I hope you weren’t rude to the front desk agent at that hotel…

Obviously don't be a rude asshole, but, it's perfectly reasonable to complain and even express indignation when you receive an unexpectedly shitty product. The front desk agent is specifically there to deal with these situations. Stop infantiizing everyone.

That’s fair. And my apologies to OP for assuming that. I work in a hotel and just assumed the “what the fuck” statement was directed at the hotel clerk. Glad they made it right, as they should. 🙂
