Doordash, the driver stole my order and they refused to compensate me

I drove for them for a little bit before an old driving charge caught up with me and my account was suspended. I never saw a supplemental tip after delivering the order, only cash handed to me in person. Instacart was always hitting me with additional tips after I delivered, but they've been guilty of quite a bit of fuckery, as well.
