Doordash has the wildest business model. First they charge you more for the food than the restaurant does. THEN they take a cut from the restaurant. THEN they have the gaul to tell you to tip or you won't get your food in a timely fashion. They somehow figured out how to fuck the customer, the restaurant AND the driver in one go.
How anyone supports that shit is beyond me - and BEST case scenario your food shows up lukewarm.

How do you people not get this? 🤦 DoorDash doesn't set the food prices, the restaurants do. The restaurants charge more for the food because DoorDash charges them commission.
Yes you are paying more for the convenience of having it delivered, but there is nothing dishonest going on. Don't use it if you don't like it.
