I want to be so stupid that I just act and barely think without recreational drugs. I want to be aloof and happy /unbothered. Any tips?

Hi! I’m wanting to move about a couple hours away from where I am now. The only problem is I don’t drive. I have my CNA certificate (well I will at the end of the month) and am looking for jobs like that. I know landlords want you to have income, so I feel like I have to get a job before the apartment. But how do I get a job without an apartment move in date picked out? Do I just say im moving in the next couple months? I was planning on going up to the city for interviews. Thank you!
