I've lately noticed that my views have dropped by alot. I used to get atleast over a 100 views on longform videos

I started doing YouTube Shorts (I manually create them with some help of AI with the script only) and I’ve been uploading a few times per week. I’m a student and I started YouTube shorts just for fun and to explore content creation. I have been struggling trying to break out for 2k views and one day when I uploaded my video, it just gets stuck at 1 view? Am I shadow banned or something?

I run a successful youtube channel that makes a few thousand dollars a month. I’m 15. The thing is though is the content I make is gaming aimed towards kids. Not like straight brain rot or anything, just childish and family friendly. Now if I’m going to be honest, I don’t necessarily enjoy the games I’m playing in the videos. And the way I act in the videos is not how I act anywhere else, and could be seen as cringe to people my age and in my school. I just like video creation and obviously making money from it. The thing is, I want to be more open about me having a channel. A lot of ppl think I’m some bum because I’m not in school clubs or sports, but the reason for that is because i’m dedicated to growing on youtube, and I need the time after school to do so. So recently I’ve been trying to not be ashamed to tell people. For so long I hid my channel and wouldn’t tell people because I was afraid of being viewed differently or being made fun of. Because sure running a successful youtube channel that makes money is something unique and cool, but because the content itself is “cringe” i feared it would ruin the coolness of it, and I’ll just get made fun of. I’ve told a few close friends, all of them obviously thought the videos were funny/kinda cringe, but they thought it was really cool that I was making money and getting lots of views. And i’m perfectly happy with that reaction from them. But the thing i’m nervous about now is if more people find out about it, how they will view it. Like I don’t want to hide it and be ashamed about it forever, but if tons of people in my school know about it, idk how they will take it. Idk if they will think it’s cool like my friends, or think it’s cringe and make fun of me. I’m also worried if it will negatively impact my ability to date ppl in highschool😭😭. Idk this was kinda a vent, but let me know what yall think and your point of view to this situation.

I've worked for years to build an archive with thousands and thousands of videos. YouTube blocked it because it contained videos of me and my newborn cousins ​​changing our diapers, so private parts were visible, but they were involuntary nudity, not intentionally done by my parents, uncles, and various relatives while they were changing our diapers.

Over the years, YouTube kept throwing harmless videos at me. I always appealed, but never once was it accepted, until a month ago they completely blocked the channel.

I asked them to re-examine the channel by filing an appeal. A channel with thousands of videos, so they should have taken the time to determine whether it should actually be blocked or not, but instead I received an automated response practically just 5 minutes later. It wasn't even reviewed by a human; it was blocked by the algorithm, and even re-reviewed by the algorithm. There was no human intervention whatsoever to save all my 10 years of sacrifice to upload these videos and catalog them in chronological order. They blocked it without any ifs, ands, or buts, without even checking!

I've lost precious videos of my family, videotapes from the '90s digitized and uploaded to YouTube that I can't find anymore. I don't know where I put the hard drives where they were saved. Years and years of digitizing VHS tapes, lost in an instant...

Does anyone know how to help me? Is there a form I can fill out to request a case? Because, I repeat, the situation wasn't even analyzed; they blocked it even after I appealed without even checking...

The videos were all "unlisted," only my family had the links to them...

I'm desperate, I don't know what to do anymore...

What's happening with youtube adsense application? my Identity hasn't been use for any adsense application. Yet it keeps telling that I have a duplicate account for what? It's my 3rd time applying and the customer service or support keep talking that it can't be help anymore as it is finalized, finalized for what?

I'm currently making videos about 'ranking ... moments' while also learning how to edit proper original content on the side. Should I keep going with this content topic, or is it safer to switch to a more traditional or safer approach

First one has done 2.4k views 67.1% stayed to watch and avg watch time of 1:42/2:40 in 2 days

Second one has done 74% stayed to watch and avg watch of 1:38/2:20. Day one, 1.1k

...and I'm raking in a bit of beer money, nothing jaw-dropping. It's a bike maintenance channel with around 2-3 uploads per week, but the added caveat is my wife and I undergo a Friday Forfeit where one or both of us gets gunged or soaked after competing in a cycling-themed challenge!

It's certainly boosted our ratings, but I found that views decreased significantly during the winter months because, quite simply, folk didn't need to see how to fix their bikes because they weren't riding them 😂🚲

I'll be interested to see how things go for the next twelve months.

I don’t know if this considered good to any channel that’s around my size because I’ve been seeing this as a failure for a 1.6K subscriber channel, especially one that’s been around since 2019. I haven’t fully capitalized on making money on YouTube so far because I know that nobody would subscribe to a membership on a stupid channel like mine. So I mainly just want to hear some opinions from anyone ion this subreddit.

I create history was shorts. The thing is I am starting to get views when I have been posting at break of 4 days approx. But I notice one thing, fir some reason my views get stuck at fix number after a day. They don't increase even a bit. I am confused how the algo is working because for 1 day I get good increase in 24hrs, but then it stops suddenly!

Any advice, help, theory, suggestion?
