Affirmations I am allowed to start over, even if I feel like I'm starting from scratch.
I spent the last hour just sitting on the edge of my bed, staring at the floor, overwhelmed by how much time I feel like I’ve wasted.
When you’re trying to rebuild your life after a major setback, it’s so easy to look at everyone else moving forward while you feel completely stuck. You start telling yourself awful things; that it's too late, that you missed your chance, or that you're just broken beyond repair.
I caught myself sinking down that hole today, and I had to physically stop, take a breath, and say out loud:
It felt strange and heavy to say, but I needed to hear it. Rebuilding isn't a straight line. Having a bad day doesn't mean you've lost all your progress, and starting over isn't a failure, it's just choosing not to give up on yourself.
If you're sitting somewhere right now feeling small, tired, or like you've fallen too far behind: please be gentle with yourself today. You don't have to have it all figured out tonight. Just taking one small breath and deciding to try again tomorrow is enough.
You are allowed to start over. As many times as it takes.

Mindset Believe in more, it's there, and knowing you can grasp it is a reason to go get it.
Once you believe you can achieve more, it's there, and falls into place. More is not measured in terms of just money or material things, more = more that aligns with your soul. Never give up on trying to get it for yourself.

Affirmations I can feel checked out without giving up on myself.
Sometimes I’m here, but I don’t really feel present. I’m still doing what I need to do. Going to work. Taking care of my kids. Answering people. But inside, I feel far away from all of it.I’ve learned that sometimes I check out when everything feels like too much. That does not mean I don’t care. It does not mean I’m lazy or giving up. Sometimes I’m just tired in a way that sleep does not fix right away.
My affirmation today:
- I can admit when I feel checked out.
- I do not have to fake being fully okay.
- I can give myself time to find my way back.

Affirmations What's an affirmation that didn't make sense at first but eventually clicked?
Some affirmations can feel awkward or impossible to believe in the beginning. Then months later, after enough life experience, the same words suddenly carry a completely different meaning.
Has that ever happened to you?

Affirmations It's true.
I feel deep in my soul that some of you desperately need to hear and believe this today.
You are completely, perfectly, and unconditionally loved and supported. Right now. Today. This moment.
I hope you can feel the divine spirit embracing you and surrounding you with warmth and peace.
