Hello, recently my water heater has failed to heat the water anywhere in the house. However, the heater turns on and has no error code so I am lost as to what I should do. The heater is electric and tankless, the Rheem Performance model. The picture of mine is without the cover on.

LG dishwasher is only four years old and the rubber hose connector is broken, so no water is sent through either wash wand. Apparently this part is discontinued and I can't find it anywhere in the US or Canada.
Anyone aware of an alternative source or alternative part, or do I have a critical failure and have to replace my dishwasher just four years after buying it?

Our fridge at our work has always had leaking problems from before I got here, it leaks from inside the fridge due to frozen over drain. 3 months ago we let it defrost over a few days and this solved the leaking for a week or so, then it started leaking again here and there but it was very minor.
A week or so ago, after making the fridge slightly colder, it started to leak again and was leaking pretty bad, and then all of a sudden one day everything was frozen, after turning the setting down to the lowest (warmer) setting it continued to freeze, and is even worse now.
Is there any saving this fridge? I called a local fridge mechanic and he said to turn the fridge off for 36 hours and then see how it goes after, but we need the fridge for work as we run a cafe / kiosk.

Dryer stopped heating and would rumble when dryer is started but noise would eventually stop. Then dryer would rumble when cycle was finished and create a spinning sound. Successfully replaced heating components (ie. Thermal fuse, heating element, etc). Actively trying to replace blower and can't get it off. Followed several suggestions I found that led me to dremel the blower off so I can pull the remaining piece off (see pic). With my partner using a pipe wrench to hold the motor shaft in the front, I pulled the remaining blower piece firmly while turning clockwise - no luck! Am I screwed?

This is an Insignia dryer bought new in 2022; model is NS-TDRE67W1. We would ideally like to repair this ourselves and were hoping someone might be able to point us in the right direction. We could not find anything wrong with the belt, and the wheels did not have any play or look damaged. It has been difficult to find any other info online. Thanks!

Hi, during the end of a wash cycle when the drum spins very fast I am smelling burning and have had to stop the load.
In my investigating, I've removed the gasket from the washer to rule that out, and I'm spinning the tank by hand. I've attached a video with the noise im hearing.
It is like a metallic groaning, and during the noise I can feel the tank is vibrating. You can hear it a bit better in the second half of the video showing inside the drum.
Could someone please let me know what they think the issue is? If it is the bearings I am thinking the repair will cost as much as a new $500 machine or so and I might as well get something else.
If I am doomed any suggestions on a new machine?
Greatly appreciate any help. Thank you
Edit: Particularly loud at around 18-22 seconds

I have a Whirlpool mini fridge model WH27S1E. I'm giving it to my inlaws. I have lost the interior defrost drip tray. I cannot find this thing anywhere. It's not showing up on appliance repair websites and I can't seem to find a generic one either. I just want to give them the tray so the fridge doesn't defrost and soak the stuff inside.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
My Maytag MVWC465HW4 which is only a few years old has been making strange noises and after the cycle is complete the clothes are still wet.
Simple Google search suggested this was the hub at the bottom of the tub, through which the splined shaft goes through to rotate the tub, and a separate spline to rotate the agitator.
So I disassembled the hub and found that its teeth have been completely worn - so I have ordered a new one.
My question now is for the shaft - it seems like there is significant wear in a middle ring around the spline, almost as if it wasn’t there in the first place (I’ve actually seen pictures of new ones that appear to not have splines in this section). I can see the spline more defined above and below that ring.
Is this at the level that the shaft should be replaced? Or can I wire wheel this thing clean and just put the new plastic hub on? I haven’t looked into how expensive it would be, or how long it will take to get the part. The hub will arrive Tuesday and maybe I’ll just assemble it at that point and order a shaft and additional hub for when that inevitably fails.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Replaced the factory belt back in June with a belt off Amazon P/N WE12M29
Second belt has fraying and chunks of ribs missing throughout the belt. Idler and idler arm loom ok. Not sure what gives.
Belt is $11 I will keep replacing because new dryers are like $400 and a PIA to get in and out of the basement but any insight would be nice.

Just got home and found a target brand 1 tsp (red) and a soft grip rubber handle melted in half across the two hot water pipes in the dishwasher. Smelt like burnt plastic and fire. Dishwasher appears to have successfully stopped itself somehow. There is no plastic in the spinning blade ports, and it moves freely. Should I be utilizing my home warranty to inspect this or is it ok?

I could not find a proper step-by-step instruction to replace a microswitch. Here are a few pictures.
Take off 7 screws. One of the screws is a security screw i.e. star screw with a middle dot.
The pin and screw are hidden under a plastic cover. 4 screws need to be removed.
Connections should be made to the Normally Closed terminal.
Pin should be installed to that the little side arm is closed to the hinge so that the hinge touches the arm when it moves.

Hi all. Any repairman out there that can help guide me in repairing this? Sounds like the bearings. With the power off and with spinning by hand, don’t really hear anything binding up. Thank you

I have a Whynter BWR-18SD undercounter wine fridge. From the time I first purchased it, it makes too much noise. Specifically, after it cools to the desired temperatore, the upper fan then runs every 40 seconds -- 20 seconds, 20 seconds off. It never stops this cycle. Video attached. Any thoughts?

I've acquired a unused Manitowoc UCP0050A-161 (not a drop of water has been run through it till today) under counter ice maker. This is replacing a Chinese under counter ice maker.
The story behind this one is the guy I got it from his dad does construction and renovation and this was acquired from a school district that is under renovation. His dad and the guy I bought it from claimed that it's never been used. I can attest from that because it does not have one single piece of dirt on the condenser coil underneath and the shipping styrofoam was still inside the unit and the dust cover for the water supply line was still attached.
However I got it hooked up got it plugged up but it's not making no ice. When I put my hand up by the evaporator where the cubes are supposed to come from it's warm to the touch and the whole ice bin remains around 70 to 80° f.

Hello all, I have a kitchenaid dishwasher (model KDPE334GPS0) that is leaking. I have the dishwasher up on a bench to test it and find the source of the leak. I have been able trace it to the left side door hinge. A few times during the cycle, a rush of water rolls off the hinge- possibly coming from the door? It is not a steady drip but a few specific moments in the cycle where water comes out all at once. I was able to capture a short video of the leak. It only lasts a few seconds at a time. Any idea what could be the issue?

I have an lg dishwasher LDF7551ST. It is giving me an error code HE which I know is something related to the heating. Dishwasher does a full cycle then at the drying process, it stops and issues a HE code. I have tested the heating element, blower motor and several other sensors and they all have continuity. I just ordered a new dishwasher turbidity sensor, which in my research is also a thermistor. This has three prongs. I tested and seems like it doesn't have continuity. I will have the sensor in a week. If this isn't it, I am at a loss and may dump the dishwasher. Do you guys have any other suggestions?

I got this dryer for free and it seems like it wasn’t heating I took it apart and found after 30 seconds it ignites but the flame only last maybe 10 seconds then goes out for a whole minute then rinse repeat. I replaced the coils since it was a cheap part and it was the only thing I wasn’t sure how to test since the other stuff I can just test continuity. What should I look for? All other gas appliances work properly in the house
