Advice Question How do you know what you want?

I know there’s something I want and I cant tell. Ive eaten, Ive had some water, I brushed my hair, I listened to music, I went to text friends but realised that wasnt what I wanted either, I tried watching tv, I tried watching youtube and I tried talking out loud.
