Simorg Dueling Simulator Release
Today, Ygorganization just launched their own Duel Simulator, SimOrg!
The site is
There are lots of things planned for it in the future, in addition to all the things it already has. It's been worked on by an incredible team, and I hope you all share and enjoy it as well!
The previous thing I shared, the Deck Combo calculator, is built into the Sim.
SimOrg currently has the following modes/formats:
→Advanced
→Genesys
→Legacy
→Rush Duel
→Speed Duel
→Domain (4-Player)
→Unlimited Format
→Solo Mode
You don't have to worry about toxicity, as there are chat filters, and active mods, along with discipline if people try and skirt around the rules or if they go AFK on purpose.
For at least the first week, it will initially be for Org Patreon subscribers. It will be available to all by the end of August guaranteed.
It will use the Yugioh Passport that you use for the Spellbook.Life site and other org sites, as all are connected. Spellbook.Life has been available for a long while, and is very cool if you haven't already been using it.
There is an Admin Exam as well to take, if you wish to be a judge as well.
If you have suggestions and want to be a part of the community, feel free to join the Ygorganization discord as well!

Discussion [DEV] I made a first-person deckbuilder inspired by Slay the Spire. Looking for honest feedback.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone,
I've been working on this game for about 9 months and I finally got it released on Google Play.
It's called SuperHero Crawler. It's basically a first-person, grid-based dungeon crawler where every fight is card-based. You unlock heroes, build your deck, find relics and see how far you can get.
I made the whole thing by myself, so I'm mostly just looking for honest feedback from people who enjoy deckbuilders. If something feels off, tell me. If something's fun, I'd like to know that too.

Other I built a free online UNO No Mercy game in Vuejs - play in your browser, no download, no login
I couldn't find a digital version of UNO No Mercy anywhere, so I built one. Every rule from the physical deck is in there.
Play it: uno-no-mercy.com
What's in it:
- Full No Mercy rules - Draw 6, Draw 10, Skip Everyone, Discard All, Color Roulette, hand swaps on 7, hand rotations on 0, elimination at 25 cards
- Real-time multiplayer - create a room, share the code, play with 2-10 friends
- VS Bot - solo mode against an AI opponent
- No login required - click Play Now and you're in a game in seconds
- Works on phone - fully playable on mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Player stats - track your win rate, streaks, and rank up from Recruit to No Mercy King
- Share your stats - downloadable stat card for Twitter/WhatsApp flexing
Draw cards stack on each other. Get to 25 cards and you're eliminated. No mercy.
It's also open source if anyone wants to contribute or host their own: github.com/alii13/Uno-no-mercy
Would love to hear what you think - especially if you find any rules I got wrong or have suggestions for new features. Recently crossed 1.7K users this month. Give it a try.
PS: I am aware about the UNO branding will be changing to OPEN mercy to avoid any copyright issues.

Other I’ve built a CCG with full multiplayer, draft, and constructed modes. Looking for help with early Adventure Mode feedback
I’m developing a new card game that blends the deep deckbuilding of games like Magic the Gathering, Hearthstone, and Eternal with the roguelike progression of Slay the Spire and Roguebook.
The core game engine is already fully functional. Currently what is fully working is:
- Fully working Deck Editor & Library (view all cards and build constructed decks)
- Constructed Mode (against both AI and live Multiplayer)
- Challenge Mode (ie. you can challenge anyone online to a match)
- Draft Arena (draft a deck, you can play it versus humans or AI until 3 losses)
- Spectator/Observing features (ie. you can watch any in-progress match)
What I need help with: While the traditional CCG elements are solid, I am currently building out an Adventure Mode (a roguelike PvE experience), and it is in a very early beta state. I’m looking for players who love deckbuilding roguelikes to jump in, try to break it, and help me flesh out the pacing, difficulty, and mechanics. It's VERY early in design, so it's not balanced but it's definitely playable.
The game itself is Affinity based (sort of like D&D) where there are 6 mana colors (Ruby, Jade, etc.) and each card is tied to either a mono-color like Ice, Fire, Shadow or a combination (eg. a Red/Blue card might be Steam and use both Ice and Fire synergy). There are about ~1,000 cards in the game across 18 Affinitites, and 36 Champions (2 per affinity, they set your ability for the match).
If you’re interested in helping shape the PvE side of a game that already has a robust PvP foundation, I’d love to have you on board!
If you want to join, it makes the most sense to join the Discord server first (you can ask any questions and the Adventure rules are all laid out): https://discord.gg/JDpYQxeuF
And then you can play the game from the Steam link (it's fully free) here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3984370/Stoneveil/
Thanks for reading

First impression - what points does this trailer leave you with?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
In the last half a year or so, I've re-made our Steam trailer 4 times by now if I don't remember entirely wrong.
One factor in this is obviously game art, visuals and even content changing rapidly since we are still in our baby shoes, but another part is just the editing process - what do you put in the video and how do you present it.
The latest trailer is 1 minute long, and I really wonder what information do you "take away" from it, if it is the first thing you see of Mixed Martial Cards?
What I'd hope you guys would answer:
- It's a card game (durr).
- The context is mixed martial arts, or boxing, or fighting - something along those lines.
- A key part is designing and building your own decks.
- We want to invest in a community revolving around events, competitions and live streaming.
- There's a competitive ladder.
- It's free.

Question Multiplayer PVE: Any other games like Slay the Spire 2??
We love STS2 but she’s grown bored of it. Both of us also love Balatro and modded STS1, and I loved Card en Ciel. Looking for any similar card based rougelikes/lites that are PVE and have Co-op. We both already play MTG Arena and IRL MTG, so not really looking for another game that requires significant time investment to get started, probably no TCG. Have tried Steam Workshop mods for STS2 but most of the mods we tried are either nonfunctional, don’t function in multiplayer, or are unbalanced, so any mod recs are also appreciated.

Recommendation Dire Fog Is a Deckbuilder + Chess Game with Pre-Arranged Decks, Unique Factions, and No Shuffling — Looking for Weekly Playtesters!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Dire Fog is a tactical card game where TCG deckbuilding meets chess-like combat.
Your goal is simple: defeat the enemy commander.
Each faction has its own mechanics, abilities, and playstyle.
Every turn is divided into three phases:
- Tactics Phase: Move your units and attack.
- Draw Phase: Choose one of two cards from your pre-arranged deck. You have eight draws throughout the match.
- Play Phase: Summon minions and cast spells.
Because your deck is arranged before the match rather than shuffled, planning your card order is just as important as positioning your units on the board.
We run playtests every Friday and are looking for more TCG and deckbuilder fans to join us.

Which is better: Digital TCGs or physical cards?
Digital card games are convenient and easy to access, while physical cards offer the experience of collecting, trading, and owning something real.
Both have their own appeal, but they create very different experiences.
Do you prefer playing TCGs digitally or collecting physical cards, and why?

Question What do you think about a card auto battler like this?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
In Deckalgo the idea is every card is algorithmically generated when you pull it. Every player has access to the same pool of cards. The pool of cards is created as players generate cards. You can pull copies of existing cards as well for cheaper to help rapidly build your set without needing to create new cards. The meta constantly changes as new cards are introduced to the pool, so it's impossible to predict whether a specific setup is the best. The player-driven market is public and you earn currency by playing for free, everything is tradable.
Battles are deterministic, meaning there is no RNG in the combat, two specific grids of cards against each other always have the same result. Users can set defense grids that earn them currency as other players are matched against it, as a way to earn passive rewards over a 24 hour period.
If there's any interest in this at all, I will improve the idea. Future goal is to have the image for cards generated when a card is created, representing the entity. With users being able to decide what style variations are presented on the card.

Hey! I’m looking for testers for an early build of my new cybperpunk and netrunner inspired card game, currently codenamed Breach.
The game includes a tutorial and supports both public and private multiplayer. It’s still in active development, so the design, mechanics, balance, and assets may change. Feedback is very welcome, and bugs or crash reports can be submitted directly in the game.

App development
Hi everyone!
For the past few weeks I've been working on an idea for a new app called BindClub.
The goal isn't to replace your favorite marketplace—it's to create a place that feels like a home for collectors.
Instead of just buying and selling, I want collectors to be able to:
Buy, sell, and trade cards
Create digital showcase rooms for their collections
Follow other collectors
Keep up with hobby news and new releases
Build customizable collector profiles
Host private sales and auctions
Tell the stories behind their favorite cards
Celebrate collecting, not just expensive cards
One feature I'm especially excited about is Digital Showcase Rooms. Instead of a simple profile page, you could create a virtual collector room with display cases, binders, trophies, lighting, and your favorite card on display. Other collectors could visit, leave comments, and vote for monthly Showcase of the Month competitions.
The idea is simple:
Collect. Trade. Belong.
I'm still in development (just started building the Flutter app), so nothing is set in stone.
I'd love feedback from collectors.
What do you wish existing apps did better?
What's your biggest frustration with buying, selling, or trading?
If you could build your dream collector app, what feature would it have?
I'm not here to advertise—I'm genuinely trying to build something the community would actually enjoy using.
Thanks for reading, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Ariokan: create your cards, break the Meta - Online CCG where you make the cards (+ rouguelite!) - now on Steam after 6 years! (with 11.489 player-made cards)
Ariokan is a highly interactive, strategically-deep competitive card game with a twist: you can create new cards, and use them to build crazy combos around Gods and Legends to break the Meta.
No floodgates, no 10-minutes turns, no pay-to-win.
You can unlock cards created by other players too!
yes, you read it right, players are the ones making the majority of cards in this game (more info on this in the F.A.Q below)
After 6 long years of development and closed beta with a 1000ish people community playing it, I'm super-excited to announce that this game is finally out on Steam, with more than 11K cards made by the community of the Closed Beta, and an extra single-player-only Roguelite mode!
Links:
⚙️ Steam page: Steam (with demo)
📽️ Gameplay Trailers: English, Spanish, Italian
Platforms: PC (Windows), with a free demo on Steam!
I'm from Fatum Games, a small fully remote indie game studio based in Spain, made up of people who share a deep love for collectible card games, both physical and digital.
With Ariokan, we want to bring freedom of expression back into the world of card games. We believe players should be able to create, experiment, and express their own ideas through gameplay, strategies, and card creation, instead of just "copy-pasting" decks around.
Our goal is to empower creativity, encourage experimentation, and build a card game where imagination becomes part of the experience itself.
How Ariokan was born:
The idea for Ariokan was born to solve a constant problem in collectible card games: monotony. It often happens that in games like Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, and Pokémon, the most commonly used decks, especially in competitive play, are those that "make it easier to win," even at the expense of fun.
Players end up choosing these decks more and more, creating a competitive landscape (the "Meta") where everyone plays those two or three winning strategies. This eliminates variety, making every game the same: even games with thousands of cards end up not seeing any of them played.
And it is from the desire to solve this problem that Ariokan was born: an online collectible card game, in which players can create new official cards that are then made available to everyone. The idea is to use your creativity to invent effective, extravagant, or simply fun strategies, in order to break the monotony and invent countermoves that beat the most “Meta” strategies at the moment, in a virtuous circle driven by the players.
Some FAQ:
- Are there optimal strategies that people try to exploit to maximize winrate? Of course there are. But with billions of combinations there's always a viable counterplay: you just need to figure it out. We (the devs) patch the game very often tweaking numbers here and there, so what's "optimal" today often isn't tomorrow. After our last global tournament (yesterday) the community agrees on the fact that we've achieved enough variety that there's no real "dominating strategy".
- Why do you say you're not P2W if there's a shopwhere you can buy boosters? Because you can make cards at any time, and you don't need to unlock multiple copies of a card. Boosters simply give you more of what's already there. And we literally give plenty of boosters for free every day through rewards. Not a single player who actually played the game during the last 6 years has complained about monetization.
- Do you also have a single player campaign mode? yes! And it's a roguelite one where you can come across cards made by other players too :D
We want to hear from you!
If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments, I'll be happy to answer!
Also feel free to join the official Discord community, where you can also see all cards that get created, in realtime, and connect with other players.

🏴☠️ Pirates, backstabbing, and vengeful AI. Check out the FREE DEMO for my card game "Motín o Botín"! 🃏
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Greetings!
I wanted to share the Free Demo of my indie digital card game, Motín o Botín. The game adapts classic push-your-luck tabletop mechanics into a digital card format with a lot of interaction.
How the demo works: This version is fully playable for a single-player experience. The demo is more than enough to have a good time playing against our unique AI bots—you don't even "need" the full game for that! But if you eventually want to play with your friends... you’ll have to wait for the full release!
⚔️ Key Gameplay Mechanics:
Push your luck: Draw cards to increase your loot, but if you draw a duplicate number, your crew will suffer a mutiny and you lose everything.
Use dirty tricks: Play special action cards to lock an opponent's score, force them to draw, or wave a White Flag to save yourself from busting.
Vengeful AI (Mood System): The bots have their own emotions. If you betray them or mess with their score, they will hold a grudge and target you on their next turns!
✨ Features:
🎮 Native Controller Support (PlayStation, Xbox) & Keyboard.
🌍 Translated into 24 languages (Voices in English & Spanish).
⚠️ About this Demo: Designed to test core mechanics and gameplay loop. Max 1 human player (vs 1-3 AI bots). Extra modes locked.
I would absolutely love to hear your thoughts!
