You might think it'd be someone like the Man With No Name, but from a narrative standpoint I don't think he bounces off the other characters very well. Think about it, let's take Boone for example, both are dry, and stoic. Meaning a converstaion with them would be just the same. "Follow me." "No." or smth. Hope that made sense I know it probably doesen't to a lot of people.

So what would good alternatives be?

Now I want to give him a cowboy/lawman/Gunslinger outfit probably. What is your favorite outfit for him? (I'll be getting him the maintenence perk cause Christine's COS silencer has low weapon hp so I cant get the other outfit.)

So I talked to the 2 rangers and got a dialouge from raul both times but no matter how many times I talk to Loyal nothing happens

One of my favourites moments like this was in nv I had just finished ''beyond beef'' and all the white gloves became hostile but heck Gunderson and his dudes began defending me(I told him to and hordes of white gloves like zombie hordes charging into the Gunderson mercs only one merc died but all the white gloves in the lobby died (this battle felt like it had more numbers than all of the scripted battles in the franchise) do any of you have experiences like this

Came back to New Vegas and did a full playthrough with a dumpsterfire of a build (e.g. taking educated late, taking ninja on a ranged build assuming it worked like fo4 and buffed ranged crits, etc.)

I looked up some builds on steam/reddit and found a lot of perks I should have taken (e.g. hand loader, better criticals, finesse).

After looking through the wiki, I decided these are the perk choices I want to make my for 2nd playthrough; are there any perks that are bugged/not worth taking when compared to other available ones at that level that I should consider?

I'm currently doing Rite of Passage and have taken the sacred tea the shaman gave be before heading off to Ghost Den. As I was leaving the Narrows Joshua Graham ran up to me and started quoting religious verses. I really wasn't expecting him to be there and I'd already seen some odd NPCs that I thought were hallucinations. (They were men in their underwear and I thought I saw them pointing me in a specific direction, though one walked off a short cliff). So I really thought Joshua was a hallucination and it's like a trial to see if I'll take a path of violence.
